  1. JH93

    JH93 Squad Player

Maybe no stand out names, but there are definitely some good players in that lot. Jara (West Brom), Mackie (QPR), De Vries (Swansea) and Hobbs (Hull) have all been promoted recently haven't they? Admittedly they didn't cut it in the Premier League but that's a matter for if/when Forest get there.

  2. WatfordTalk

    WatfordTalk First Team

Exactly why I think they'll be comfortably top half. However I doubt they'll be challenging for the top spots.

  3. JH93

    JH93 Squad Player

I think they'll be challenging for the play-offs, like last season. I don't think they've lost any big players, other than McGugan, and they've bought in some good additions too. Who knows, if they scrape 6th, it's all to play for. As we found out last season, league positions mean nothing in the play-offs.

  4. ChrisG

Am I missing something? James McClean to Wigan from Sunderland? Isn't McClean a decent enough player?

  5. Filbert

Lacking final product and is a little fiery but still a good signing for a Champ side. Sunderland have Giaccherini, Johnson and Sessegnon who can play his postion too.

Complete scumbag too, and completely overrated

Was good when he joined but was terrible by the end of the season

Wigan's squad is ridiculous now and it doesn't look like many players are going to leave. Lets hope the Europa league screws them over..

I wasn't sure where to mention this but I thought you'd be interested in a mutual former player of ours.

My girlfriend's mum (who lives in Nottingham) recently mentioned that an ex-Forest player has opened/taken over a hair dressers in Nottingham. (on Parliament St, I think)

When I pressed her for a name, she said she couldn't remember, but he's in his 30's, very pretty, stylish and has nice facial hair. I thought long and hard, eventually asking 'His names not Gareth Williams is it?' She initaiilly said 'YES! That's him.' Before becoming a little less certain whether that was actually his name.

So anyway, in Ex-Player news; Gareth Williams might be running a salon in Nottingham city centre.

Probably a bad move by Brighton. Ulloa has onl just come back from injury and Barnes was filling the gap. Talking about heaping the pressure on a returning player. I bet Mackail-Smith is dreading coming back.
