I was at Turf Moor and the London Stadium, but you're right, if we are going to escape relegation - this is where it begins. As I have said elsewhere, our home games are critical. From here on in, any time we drop points at home will be another nail in our PL coffin.

 

Of the 8 girl students she was living with when she started her 1st year, 4 are now in same sex relationships - two with one another. Brighton has a certain influence about it I reckon. Anyway, she loved it down there. Great place to do uni.

Also the graduation ceremony was for sports and healthcare and many of the young lady graduates (women in the overwhelming majority), chose to wear what I would call 'nightclub' dresses rather than the more modest frocks you'd imagine in such circumstances. Some very immodest examples on show - almost literally once or twice and all shown in glorious 4k hi-res on the big screen above of course.

I know grandad watching via webcam was quite taken aback at some of the wardrobe choices of the graduating nurses. The robe and mortar board made up 9/10 of the material they were wearing...

 

My Son went to Brighton Univ, saw more Pizza and Beer than lectures, crashed out after 12 months, now 20 years later earns 6 figures in IT security so didn't do him any harm!

We sometimes beat the big teams, we always lose against lowly teams, mid table teams we have a go but come up short. I think we're just an enigma club... Who knows today but I think the stars might be aligned.....

 

The simple rule of thumb is we can only beat teams who are on the cusp of sacking their manager, and then do so shortly afterwards.

Therefore the odds of us winning must be roughly equal to Potter’s odds of getting the sack any time soon.

 

On the other hand, four draws, three defeats and only two goals in home games against Everton, Newcastle, Leeds, Wolves and Palace, and a Farke-managed Norwich and Villa away.

Struggling to make a case for a home win, although Brighton didn't look good in the FA cup game against Spurs. Our best hope is probably to nick a goal and try and hold on.

Brighton don't really score any goals, so I wouldn't be surprised to see them win 4-0 today.

 

The best sequence would be for us to go a goal down and then fightback to get a victory - that would surely bond the new team, the new management and the fans, which could carry us through the next 3 months to survival.

 

Sarr seems to be in the squad at least.

Our best CB in the Championship, young with potential to get much better, can't even get in the squad ahead of a couple of circus clowns in Cathcart and Kabasele. Laughable situation.
