Love the idea to use the third kit so we’ll be unrecognizable in the highlight reels of their goals in years to come.
Most of this squad are a disgrace to the name of the club. There is one thing that is inexcusable and that is lack of commitment, effort and urgency. It's typified by dolts like Foster and winkers like Scott Duxbury. Yes Qatar are a disgusting team in every aspect from the ownership to the plastic fans and the way they just buy titles but it's still not enough to excuse the attitude of several players. Sarr should be strung up by the short and curlies and Foster just strung up. Keep Kamara, Louza, Cucho and Pedro and tell the rest to just eff off.
I know one Man City fan. He lives in Sussex. Lords it over any other team He has never seen city play live. I ask him about city’s history pre 10 years ago and his face goes blank. Even very general questions. He is in his late 60s I’m sure there are genuine Manchester people who support city. And that’s fine. They can’t control who owns their club really. But to glory hunt a team miles away from where you live and have never seen is in my opinion awful
Can someone explain how a professional team can concede a goal after fourteen seconds? I thought four minutes was bad. Explain this away Mr F****bury.
One thing that softens relegation is the fact we won't have to play this game for another year, although knowing our luck we'll find them in the FA cup round 3
One more match ticked off before we can finally say goodbye to the most odious, ghastly and utterly incompetent Head Coach of the Pozzo reign. And his awful number two (who has soured the memory of the very good work he did for us in his earlier spell here). And hopefully several of the playing squad too, who aren’t fit to wear the shirt of our great club. And if you could throw in a few departures too from amongst those who make the decisions, who hire and fire the managers and playing squad etc, that could mean we can go off for summer feeling just slightly more optimistic about our future prospects. Awful,
At least we kept it to a 4-0 loss in GD. Not that it really matters anyway, it's just one more game out the way before it's confirmed. Good goal from Kamara, took his chance well. Sarr was nowhere, Dennis could of played in Pedro but decided to waste the chance. Comedy gold moment of the match - Fozzie charging into Jesus and conceding a penalty, making it 4-1 and killing any slender chance we had of getting anything. Not really much else we can say. It was a training match - they passed it around all game like we were yellow and black (green and gold in this case) training cones. Could of been at least eight, so small mercies they eased off after the fifth. Won't have to play them for a while now at least. Have to give credit to any traveling fans', have a long and safe journey home. Pep is still a prat.
At this point foster is a liability. May as well play a youth goalie. At least the defenders may then feel protective
That’s now Played 15 Lost 15 Scored 8 Conceded 58 That’s an average of 4-0 / 4-1 The AVERAGE! Not a one off! I have a mix of hatred for modern football and shame on the team for consistently never putting up a fight against this lot. Painful.
don’t know if I want them to stay down - because our bunch of bottlers will do just that against them or they go up as I think they’ll make a better go of it than us
Absolutely right. Nothing but respect for anyone who spent more than a penny or a minute going to that today. Man City away is literally as pointless as it gets. No sporting merit or integrity to the fixture whatsoever. Seeing City fans on social media mocking Watford for a poor away following wins the lack of self-awareness award for the season. A grotesque club (not the fans, the ownership and the business model) that has distorted the entire point of the competition and we have to put up with reporters fawning and cooing over how good their football is while their half-interested supporters cheer in a lukewarm fashion as goal after goal goes in. No wonder the Premier League needs some more willing fall guys to come up, sell out the allocations and not ask any questions about what the point of it all is.
I will consider the season to have been a great success if we can beat Everton and drag them down with us. COYH
I think we can take some positives from that. One game closer to Hodgson ******* off One game closer to some of those players ******* off It's the last time we'll play Man City for a decade
Literally who gives a ****? Today was par for the course. The club is well beyond a shambles, but we knew that already. I'm actually past being angry or sad when we lose. This club is no longer worth it.
