    Many reasons my young Davis...

    "something to aim for"

It’s he that films himself again. DNSYE podcast. You haven’t upset us, all opinions are welcome. The Patreon site is for the up keep of the podcast to allow us to grow it and invest in better equipment etc, it’s £5.00 a month and you get a few extras as part of that. This isn’t a sales pitch, but if we did a go fund me page just for a banner to ask Gino to talk, would you contribute? Genuine question? Because it’s going to take a while to move it on with £5.00 a month. It needs us to all come together to sort this, we are not a mouthpiece for the club, we are fans just like you. I’m happy to listen to ideas or have a chat about doing something, but we all need to pull in the right direction for this to move. Our online tweet is just a reminder to the club that we want our owner to talk to us. No matter what your opinions are on him or the football club, we all have one common goal. The club to be successful, I think that we can all agree. Check out the podcast, you might enjoy it. All the best. DNSYE podcast.

I love the Patreon platform. I flagged it on here as I really am enjoying the community being created. You guys have been a breath of fresh air and the negativity shown by some on here is very much out of step with everyone else.

(Can I have a badge on Saturday please)

I would happily contribute a decent amount towards a giant banner knowing that’s what it’s going towards - whether that be £5 or £25. I’d happily pay to watch to know Gino Pozzo is squirming in a space that is enclosing on him. And I think something that is undeniable to him is key - efforts to make a groundswell on social media are fine. But I think are ultimately going to be fruitless without a proper strategy. If this social media campaign leads to a banner or whatever, then fine, excellent. But if it’s just a campaign (which even leads to a few thousand retweets etc) on social media, it’ll get ignored.

I should add, I have no problem at all with the podcast. I’m not someone who checks it weekly but I can’t say I haven’t enjoyed it, so more power to you. I have been honest about the element I don’t enjoy but it’s horses for courses, and was said more in jest than anything! (Shame one individual really couldn’t see that! - not you)

Good luck to you and I’ll keep an eye on your pages to see what it is that you do. I certainly wasn’t suggesting you were making money from donations or subscriptions. I just didn’t know it a percentage of donations could be used towards things other thank general upkeep.

They are starting a social media campaign begging the owner of our club to comment on the current terrible state of it whilst talking on podcasts about the terrible state of the club at the moment.

If that’s viewed as positive, I can only assume Patreon comes with free morphine.

The only thing I want to hear out of Ginos mouth is that he has sold the club.

Don't worry, I'm sure you'll churn one out at some point. The rehashed jokes and piggybacking off posters with actual insight will fill the void until then, though.

Very true. Thing is, I have no idea why I get in your grill so much. I mean, it’s just an opposite opinion on an anonymous forum mate.

But you know what, it’s fine, I know I can always rely on you mentioning me desperately looking for attention. Like today.

That's the thing though. You don't seem to have formulated opinions anymore. You deliberately misrepresent other poster's comments for the sake of a hilarious one liner, presumably because you're incapable of actually expressing your POV? Or just unwilling? Don't be scared to put your head above the parapet mate.

Can only assume the second part of this post is a rare moment of self-awareness. In which case fair play, it's quite funny, and refreshing.

You take this all way more seriously than I do mate. And more power to you.

I don’t remotely have the time or the motivation to dissect your posts as you do mine, I couldn’t even tell you what you actually post around here, let alone the tone, content or seriousness of said posts.

All I know is that you are very supportive of our owners. If that’s changed recently, then I haven’t even noticed. I think we had a reasonable debate a month or two ago, can’t recall exactly, but that’s literally the last time we conversed on here.

I’m pretty clear on my views and opinions on here, irrespective of who it upsets, and historically, they sit in complete opposite to yours. That fact just upsets you more than it does me.

Listen, I'm not bothered either way. Everyone is entitled to post however they like.

I've got no issue with opposing views, and have had plenty of good debate with those of differing outlooks, because there's actually some content and insight in what they post.

But as I say, each to their own.

I also quite like the fact the DNSYE team are stealthily infiltrating the forum and not getting picked up. Despite coming on and labelling anyone posting on here as ‘sheep’ and ‘hiding’ on a forum - whilst hosting people called ‘Wendover’ and ‘Ron’ on the podcast without realising the irony of their post.

I assure you they are great though. And it only cost me a £5 donation to say as much. (I’m assured my fan club pack is in the post)

…this is a joke before the few promotors of them on this thread get all uppity!

Sorry, this campaign is surely all a waste of time.

What does anyone actually expect him to say?

Gino: i'm really sorry I ****ed up the last few years with **** recruitment, I didn't mean it, I have got a few people in (Manga & co) to sort it, I really love the club, etc, etc

No chance he's going to say that!

For those of you that want him to sell up, who knows, what's around the corner, but he's extremely unlikely to announce it in advance even if he is.

The best you are going to get is some stage managed interview. Seriously, what's the point? I would rather he says nothing.

I suspect it will turn out to be just media coverage for DNSYE then result in anything tangible.

Agreed. At the very best, I still think a banner that spans the Rookery is best - but I just think the club will try and stop it getting in. But the best we can hope for is something like that, then media outlets will at least know that fans aren’t happy and stop associating us with backing Gino implicitly. Which might in turn ramp up some pressure to talk to fans.

But we all know it would be kept in house. No way does Gino go to Andrew French at the WO and allow a wide ranging interview.

If we can make the banner large enough, we may not have to watch the crap going on behind it ?
