Is that for this past season? If it is, what does his graph look like for the 21/22 season when he played over 3100 minutes?
On a serious note, I wish I was kidding, but I’m wondering if the tweet the admin did the other day about logging off and using the salute emoji was in regards to Livermore. You salute a captain and he was West Brom’s captain.
Don't mind this personally. Ok, he's not going to set the world alight, but we've been powderpuff in the middle of the pitch for 3 years now! We need some physicality and leadership in there, especially to help manage games out. Would be a good squad player/sub to bring on.
Just to be linked with a player who has 7 caps for England is exciting enough for me. Only 6 fewer than Cleverley. Heady days.
Another pretty uninspiring transfer link. I do feel we desperately need a combatative midfielder but can't we get anyone better and younger?
He lives in Brookmans Park. Used to see him quite a lot. Wouldn’t be surprised if he is there just doing fitness work. It’s not uncommon for players to do that…
If we could also land Gue Sung and Styles, this wouldn't be too bad. Livermore is a decent player and at 33 I hope he still has the legs for it. Would be a decent replacement for a few we have let go over the past few days.
I quite liked Choudhury but he slowed things down too much. If a player similar to him could win us the ball then quickly hand it over to a better player, eg Louza, then I’d be ok with that. Does data exist for average time spent with the ball? Or do any of you who do bits of scouting have any comment on this area from Livermore v Choudhury?
Remember him ambling around the pitch many years ago, the game passing him by. At 33 I presume he’ll be even less mobile.
