Got my seat number for NI's first match, feels a bit more real now! Was doing the virtual stadium tour to see my seat, the stadium in Nice looks class!
Hope Jurado doesn't get called up for Spain, terrified of what he might do if we got drawn against them in the later rounds.
How hard are Northern Ireland tickets to get? see you are playing in Nice after we play in Marseille, half tempted never been to that stadium, going to France with some Rangers fans so sure they would be up for it
For the Poland game they are impossible. Our smallest allocation (which has been increased twice already) and the tickets for it are like gold dust. You could probably get tickets easily for our game in Lyon against Ukraine as we got a very large allocation. Seen a few England fans flogging them on the NI fans fb pages (no idea how they ended up with them though).
Thanks for that, may try for your game against Ukraine then will have to look where about we are then, hope the England fans are not selling them at inflated prices but expect they will be.
The group I'm in bans anyone who tries to sell above face value so I'm not sure if any are trying that but I know some are definitely selling at face value!
That's pretty good then, at least they are trying to shift them to other genuine fans at face value, I know people who have a fortune for a wales ticket, not got one yet, going anyway, got a couple of people who say they can sort me and mean well but won't believe it until it is in my hand, won't line a touts pocket or another fans pocket. Some people just want them to go to genuine fans and get their money back, always been lucky, at the game in Belfast when heally scored 4 of us dropped the turnstile operator a drink and got in your end and had a great time, best atmosphere I have ever experienced and we lost, favourite ever England away game.
One of the best nights of my life that night, was only 11 at the time but remember it like it was yesterday! The whole place was rocking. The following year (I think it was one year and one day after or something like that) when we beat Spain 3-2 was also unreal.
They have now hidden the seat and block numbers from the 'My Tickets' section but if you go into the site coding you can see them. Now got my seat for our first two games, just waiting on the third match now. It seems the group i.d worked as I'm only a few seats away from my dad and mate (about 15 of us using one group i.d)
Good stuff, at least uefa do make the effort to sit people together, unlike fifa who did not give a dam! did not realise you could do groups of 15, though the max was 4, put in for Northern Ireland tickets now as we'll, may get lucky. Are you staying out there or travelling to each game??
Staying out there, haven't really planned it too well bar accommodation for the night of the match and the following night. Got a car and a tent so should be able to work the rest out easily enough. We weren't told of any maximum when we were applying but I'm 7 seats away from my dad (my mate is 5 away from me but between me and my dad) so there must be at least 7 of us sitting together
Telegraph reporting that Hodgson has already decided Wilshere will be in the squad for the pre-tournament friendlies. This is after 6 minutes of first team football this season.
