The probation service privatisation has been both a bottomless money pit resulting in a complete failure of service?
The Tories must have their enemies. Their whole schtick is based on keeping the base’s p!ss constantly on the boil with simplistic takes. The Parole Board, the Civil Service, teaching unions, whoever. Everything geared to distraction from who benefits from their rule.
The drugs are kicking in early this morning - that can be the only explanation for hearing that turd Gove praising the BBC's news coverage on R4 a minute ago.
He was doing comedy accents on BBC Breakfast: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-61405638 Sounds like he's off his **** on something.
50 more lockdown fines issued for a Downing St Xmas party, the place where all guidance was followed at all times and saying so isn’t lying to Parliament. Neither Johnsons or Sunak present at this one. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-61422144
The last part seems like sarcasm to me: "the exemplary behavior and morality of our dear leader!". For me that reads as a sarcastic rebuke, not an endorsement.
Multi-millionaire Jacob Rees Mogg calls the party of no new ideas and Government to adopt tight ‘monetary policy’, otherwise known as good old Thatcherite monetarism. To you and I this means higher interest rates, more expensive mortgages. Is the connection obvious enough yet between those who have lots of money and their unwillingness to share it, even when their countrymen and women are skipping meals? Part two of the solution? Throw people out of work. Wonder why the Tories have been planting stories about civil service work from home in an attempt to make them seem lazy or unnecessary? So they can slash their jobs. https://www.standard.co.uk/news/pol...thatcher-1980s-economic-policies-b999810.html
The Tory Oaf Lee Anderson appeared on a webcast for Lozza Fox's Reclaim Party hosted by the despicable Martin "**** out for the lads" Daubney. Unfortunately he appears to have quite plainly slandered/libelled Jack Monroe, claiming that she has become a millionaire by exploiting the poorest in society. The last person to libel Jack Monroe was Katie Hopkins. She had to sell her house. How sad. The tweet is still up. https://twitter.com/thereclaimparty/status/1525126444090810368 Fantastic from Jack Monroe. https://cookingonabootstrap.com/202...nroe-suggesting-budget-recipes-and-a-tory-mp/ It should be noted that Anderson is claiming to be a man of the people because he has worked down the mines his whole life. The last pit in his area closed in 1991. Prior to which he scabbed, claiming he couldn't live on strike pay.
This is the **** "proving" that you can make meals for 30p. Because you can make £175 meals for £50. Of course, that doesn't include the energy costs, having access to an industrial kitchen, the costs of containers for 171 meals, the costs of freezing and keeping them frozen, the costs of defrosting and reheating them AND THE FACT THAT YOU WOULD BE EATING EXACTLY THE SAME MEAL FOR SIX WEEKS STRAIGHT and probably getting scurvy given the apparent lack of greenery. Jesus, I didn't think I could hate anybody as much as Johnson Mogg and Patel, but this turd is saying "hold my beer".
'Distant' family of mine moved to one of the villages in his constituency when the TV studios (ATV, then Central) packed-up sticks to Nottingham. It was a pit village and suffered both from the mines' closure and the NUM/UDM 'split'. This has caused such bitterness that still today there are designated (by folk memory I would imagine from 1987) 'scab (UDM) businesses' (pubs, shops, small traders etc.) that the vast majority of the ex-NUM members' families actively go out of their way to avoid.
He is the pr!ck who said he wouldn’t be watching the England games during the Euros because of players taking the knee. (We all know what that signifies in its unwillingness to accept any black anger or demand). He’s the kind of oaf that Brexit has enabled to rise like a floater to the top of the **** pan.
More wtf moments as minister Rachel Maclean (yes she made it to minister is today’s mindblower) suggests that people struggling with the cost of living should take on more hours or move to a better paid job. Tricky, if that’s half the Country struggling or retired people. Video. https://news.sky.com/story/minister...themselves-from-cost-of-living-surge-12614360
And who wouldn’t want a lecture in fiscal responsibility from Pecksniffs who swapped 4% of their GDP for a blue passport…? Classic.

The Northern Ireland Protocol: don't forget this was a piece of legislation the was negotiated by Team de Pfeffel, signed by Team de Pfeffel and used as a campaigning measure by Team de Pfeffel to win the last election election.
Heh, so the label was thought up and added by the charity? My sarcasm detector must have been on point.
The reason given for wanting to change the protocol is that it is impeding East/West trade. Even if that is true, how is having the ECJ as the final arbiter impacting that trade? They signed an agreement that clearly included the ECJ but now want to use domestic legislation to change it to a joint arbiter (as per the TCA). That alone shows that the decision is purely political aimed at keeping the DUP and ERG fanatics happy.
Guardian article from 21 years ago that has nothing to do with anything. https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2001/may/02/uk.conservatives1
Well that wouldn't be MP Andrew Rosindell he actively campaigns against "sodomites" and who's also a committed Christian: https://twitter.com/BelfastBre/status/1526798163071356928 And his Christian values extend to supporting his fellow MPs: https://twitter.com/MissBlanka01/status/1526709919575162880 And there's noting more Christian than making the lame walk: https://twitter.com/VeronikaEliz10/status/1526832048882982913
The Met has concluded its Partygate investigations. A total of 126 fines. Some got more than one, but no word yet if Johnson is one of those. This will be a disappointing outcome for some, in that it seems unlikely that Johnson has got his full six, but, this should now mean we get the Sue Gray report with its pics. And the biggest issue, the lying to Parliament remains obvious to all but the most blinkered Johnson fans.
