We have gone from dominating midfield to being dominated. Why have we removed a player from midfield?

I think Silva probably saw Swansea starting to dominate so whacked another defender on... but it's made us worse.

 

silva has got to change this, he's screwed this up, we've given up the midfield and our cbs are not good enough to shut up shop

 

We now have 3 defenders on who aren't very good on the ball. Idiotic change.

I think our dominance in the first half owed a lot to Swansea being awful. They've got their arses into gear now, and we're not stepping up.

Also Capoue was on a yellow and might have had a knock. But the choice was odd.

 

We'll be lucky to get a point here.

 

The glaringly obvious problem is we're under too much pressure in midfield. we have watson and pererya, nuts that we've changed formation.

 

I try to back the manager always but the sub was a terrible mistake. He now needs to hold his hands up and change back. Their spell at the end of the half was not a sign it wasn't working but rather just a decent spell for them.

Get another man in midfield and let's dominate possession again. Playing a back 3 is fine if the players are good enough on the ball but none of our are.

 

I think Capoue had to go and we had two players on yellows. I don't understand the need for Wague at that point though. What system are we playing now?

 

our central defence reminds me of a jelly about to topple over

 

5-2-3. with the wing backs pulling in narrow to support midfield. but its not working.

 

Sounds like all rearguard panic atm

 

Maybe we should bring our best player off of the bench and actually give them something to think about?
