As for subjective decisions, well the ref who still only gave a yellow card despite seeing the replay of a player elbowing another quite clearly when it was trialled recently, shows this may be tougher to implement. I’m all for, goes upstairs to 3 people with monitors (ex-ref, player, etc) and only gets overturned if they all agree the ref was wrong.

Need to get key decisions right without holding up games for too long or too often.
