    Clive Dunn?!
No slur intended in the way you are alluding to, merely the passing of time in the mind and legs of TC.

Absolutely dreadful from Cleverly. Always looks miles off the pace and his error has changed the game completely. Laughable contract extension. We should have been able to cut his high wages from the squad this summer. We could find a big standard championship player for a fraction of his wages.

Don’t forget Cleverly played for England so must still be good enough now 10 years later.

A horrible 45 minutes from him topped off by their second goal. Dreadful footballer now, chasing shadows all game, meant to be disrupting them but by time he gets there the ball is long gone. Sad to see.

The number of occasions we lose possession is criminal.
    Basics of the game.
No amount of coaching can remove that.

Hard to fault the application but zero confidence, lack of fundamentals and too many clearly not good enough is hard to mask.

Rumours that Pozzo is sitting in my seat remain unconfirmed!

Good start but Cleverley incompetence changed everything.

Cleverley and Cathcart were absolutely dreadful. I resent that we will have to pay their wages next season in the championship. Dreadful dreadful players.

Dennis very very poor again. Our fans are bonkers if they think we are going to get £20m for him.

And a special word for Hodgson. The decision to take Louza off for Cleverly was one of the poorest substitutions I have seen in a long time. How could he reward that unforgiveable performance and punish Louza. And then after watching the second half chaos he doesn’t take any of our poor performers off. Awful manager.

Not sure what to make of that really, as usual tons to get frustrated about but we could’ve easily got something from that.

Cleverley very much the weak link in the side and cost us points in more ways than one. Dennis also absolutely dreadful.

Too much to ask that Sky use a neutral co-commentator? Winds me up every time we play the, we get Alan Smith. Maybe he doesn’t mean to but he’s so biased in those 50/50 moments.

Much improved performance all round. So so close to a decent draw against a team that only exist because of Sky Sports and Murdoch.

Well done boys, especially Foster for the third, nothing he could do apart from crumple to the floor because the thick **** thought it was going wide.

Proud of the boys. Well done. Especially to Clevz, who was everywhere, giving the ball away everywhere. Well done all.

Cucho, Pedro, Sissoko, Louza and Kiko deserved credit from today. Kamara tried. Cleverley was a game losing player while Dennis was wasteful.

    Get Hodgson the **** out.

A plucky 3-2 defeat, just a minor difference from our typical plucky 1-0 defeat this season.

Not the worst performance overall tbh. We did shoot ourselves in the foot with those Cleverley and Louza mistakes, but Arsenal were clearly a side in form and were absolutely ruthless with their finishing which isn't always a given, as Utd showed us last week. Absolutely nothing Foster could have done for their goals btw - no idea what some of you are banging on about, the balls were all struck hard from close range and were passed him before there was even any chance to move.

We really need Etebo to come back in for Cleverley asap. Dennis was also disappointing today, didn't need to be offside for that first goal, took the wrong decisions in key areas, and stole the ball of Sissoko's foot when he was about to shoot at an empty net (even if he wouldn't have hit the target from so far out).

The performance suggests that it might not be impossible we can get a few points without Sarr, though we do need him back asap. Also, Kalu actually didn't look terrible when he came on, which begs the question why he hasn't been given any minutes before?

Quick point, White was actually lucky with throwing his elbow at Cucho - it was definitely an intentional swing despite what Alan Smith was saying - had he actually hit Cucho's head, as opposed to just his neck, I reckon he'd have been in trouble.

Shame some of the team do not have the same application and desire as Cucho. Need to keep him, Pedro, Kiko, Louza and Kamara for next season and bring in players with same mentality. Sissoko outside of his goal was poor. Again poor passing in the final third when Dennis and Sissoko had chances to play in attackers into open space and a chance on goal. Really simple passes as well.

Nice to see Kalu is not an OAP. Him and Kamara down the left with that express pace need to be utilized. Need to show the same effort in the next few matches to try and get out of the drop zone. Cannot understand Hodgson and his substitutions esp. Louza coming off. Missed two good chances as well and Dennis had an awful game when he should have been giving Kiko another assist. Could have brought on Etebo for Cleverley who was blowing out of his backside.

Arse absolute vile team and entitled fans. Alan Smith a nauseating person at the best of times continually praising them while ignoring their constant simulation and cheating. Lacazette embarrassing and Tierney as well. Also Arteta pleading for the whistle to be blown with the fourth official. Utter **** and *****. Hope they miss out on the CL. Winkers every single one of their fans and players.

Hope Etebo is ready for the next game. Louza-Cleverley-Sissoko just doesn't work.
Thought Femenia did well going forward and was probably our best defender today too(not saying much though)
Kamara and especially Cucho, try really hard and that is something I can respect.
Midfield and center backs cost us this game imo.

I don't know why I get so frustrated every game when it's been the same all season. No matter who is in charge, who we play or where we play, we are the worst team in the league. There is no connection between any of the players with the simplest passes going astray and no game plan. Its so frustrating that the same players commit the same dogshit performances and yet they still linger on like a bad smell around the club. We are down, that is a guarantee. That's on the owners and the players, the managers have played a part but they can only do so much with this terrible squad. I don't have any confidence we will bounce back and with that will probably be starring down the barrel of back to back relegation and financial instability. The squad needs rebuilding from the bottom, the whole club needs rebuilding. The new age golden era is officially over

I hope we do Jumbo. We will need around £50M in transfers in and fingers crossed Giaretta can be left to his own devices to build the squad without interference from the dolt Duxbury and the gnome Gino.

Yep, not the worst performance. Actually looked capable of creating chances for a change. Undone by a combination of a handful of individual errors, and some great finishes. Arsenal are a very decent side of late, play like that (and cut out the errors) in our upcoming fixtures, and we could get an okay run going.

Cant fault them really, two individual errors from Clevs and Louza cost us. Dennis was poor again, Cuchos goal and assist were both superb. If we play like that against the lesser sides than Arsenal we have to play then there is still a small glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel.

Case of mistakes and missed chances - how did Dennis miss ?!

Cannot afford to do that against anyone let alone top teams.

Definitely was a strange move to take Louza off ahead of others

Our version of The Alamo, or throwing the kitchen sink at the opposition in the closing moments, is popping a paper bag.

This in the last three seasons. The number of times the approach play has opened up the opposition yet the final ball has led to possession being lost, a chance squandered or a halt to the flow of the move is terrible. Do they practice quick 1-2's at LC ? Kamara was played in the once and was a little unlucky if he could have dipped the ball that would have been a great finish. Other than that the efforts of Dennis to Pedro the simplest of passes is unforgivable.

Since we have been in the P.L. we have consistently managed to just lose home games by the odd goal to the top teams, Chelsea, Spurs and now Arsenal at home this season its a pain, the difference between winning and losing is just a bit of luck we don't have!

The BBC are just as compliant in this love for the so called six. They ought to return to the days of equal coverage for all. Some hope. They seem to think everyone cares when the vast majority of fans support clubs outside the sleazy six. I'm going to complain again to them.

Truly appalling game management in the last 7 minutes by us. Lost our heads, no one really taking charge and made it so easy for Arsenal by making simple errors.

Kamara and Cucho do work hard as does Pedro at times. But they do have quality as well. Cucho and Pedro probably deserve more minutes this season but of course Sarr and Dennis will get first opportunity. I'd like to see Dennis/Pedro-Cucho-Sarr tried.

Good of Pawson to even up the decision from the reverse fixture by not allowing us to play on from a throw in, and allowing Arsenal to score 40 seconds later. A wrong has been righted.

Football viewing figures are dominated by the big six. Soon to be seven. None of the coverage is designed for your viewing. To put this is perspective, AFTV gets millions of views. Our version is lucky to break a thousand. Some ‘Twitter Spaces’ thing earlier with Leventhal as a special guest peaked at 85 viewers.
