Your loss. You missed out on 8 'friggin legends', 5 'big bazzla's' and 12 squad members wishing he'd get the sodding go pro out their face

Some people say the same about Nigel Farage. Doesn’t mean he isn’t a complete c*nt who should be slowly dipped in and out of a tank full of piranhas.

Why does he insist on standing so far off his line at routine moments in the game though? Look how far he is off his line for their 2nd and 3rd goals. And the 3rd one was within reach, but he just stood and admired it rather than even attempt a save.

And no doubt he will eulogise about the ‘worldies’ in his latest video.

    Can an owner sack themselves?

He surely must look at it and think this is a bit of a mess even if he doesn't value the role of a manger as much as most do

You’d think. But then you’d think they’d have seen the same 2yrs ago when they released a statement saying as much - we have had 4 managers since then so I’d think anyone with a level head would reasonably say that Gino doesn’t see it.

As long as Gino can continue to use Watford as a player trading/loaning hub between us and Udinese he'll be happy enough. I can really only see Gino selling up or changing if we are left with players who are worth nothing and he has sponged our remaining capital. He may actually see the error of his ways next season, make the changes required and bridge the gap between the communication of fans to the owners.

You need to work on your reading comprehension since I wasn’t the person who mentioned any numbers. I’m also not sure how talking about the darker times implies being 60+ anyway? I’m pretty sure we were **** in 2001 or merely 10 years ago under Basini wondering if we’d have a club at all. And I do know the poster in person. Don’t let a post on the internet wind you up

I've not read this thread as I have been away for a few days, but I did get to see the match on Sky and I thought we put up a decent show against an excellent Arsenal team on the day.

The best team won with out a doubt, however the main difference between the two teams was that their finishing was clinical and ours on the whole was not. IMO it was not a case of us playing badly, it was more a case of Arsenal playing very well on the day.

My thoughts on our individual players: -

Foster - Overall a decent performance, but though not at fault for the third goal he maybe could have done better.
Kiko - A steady performance, not great but not bad either.
Cathcart - Yet another decent steady performance.
    Samir - Ditto Cathcart
Kamara - Was up against a very classy performer in Saka, but overall still performed to a decent standard.
Louza - Again a good performance from him, no idea why Roy hooked him?
Sissoko - Took his goal well, and overall a reasonable performance from him.
Cleverly - Not a great game for him, probably at fault for their 2nd goal, and I think he should have been hooked rather than Louza.
Cucho - Fantastic strike and a great 1st half, but faded a little in the 2nd half.
Dennis - Not a great game and as he missed a fair few decent chances to score, his finishing has gone to pot of late.
Pedro - Some great touches, but drifted in and out of the game too much, if only he could perform well more consistently.
Kayembe - Did OK when brought on and I would start him ahead of Cleverly.
Kalu - A short cameo, but showed an eye for goal so might be a worth while signing after all.

I would have of course loved to get something from the game, but we were beaten by a very good team. Having said that I was encouraged by our overall performance and feel we might well have got all three points had we been up against a lesser team on the day.
