It was private - so direct with landlord, hence no fees, my bond is kept safe via the DPS which means that there is an external body which will deal with any disputes over deposit.

And yes you definitely should, apart from being a good form of entertainment, it's also a great conversation topic and dare I say it, something that can impress the opposite sex, especially if they are musical

Just don't play it too often, at the start of this year my housemate played it all the time, with my room below his, it got slightly frustrating shall we say?

It really isn't, i know 2 people who play, one at a ukelele society at a uni and it's full of nerds who learn to play it in order to seem cool.
Our new flatmate just properly moved in and she has guitar hero. I've heard about a game where you plug the jack in an electric guiter into the ps3 or whatever and play like guitar hero but with a real guitar... Seems interesting.

I just downloaded Jungle Love by Steve Miller yesterday. I'm slowly downloading all the songs I used to have on tape. I'm about 30% there now.

No idea what the e with the umlaut on it is supposed to be, not even sure what the question is supposed to be. Is the thing underneath a truth table? We always used T or F rather than 1s and 0s. Send me a PM if you need logic help anyway, but try and give me all the info in the question, it's been a wee while now since I've done the stuff it looks like you're doing.

Gah, Adam/A.Web, I totally forgot to say to you, I saw that guy I was telling you about the night before Leeds round my house. Turns out he still hasn't got a place but is moving (somehow?) within a week. I think he might be hostelling while looking for a place or might know someone? I mentioned your name again and said that as far as I was aware you hadn't sorted your place out. Just letting you know he might actually get in touch with you quite soon. Either way it's good to know someone else in roughly the same boat as you I hope. Hope the move goes well whenever it is and hopefully will see you on the road at some point, are you planning any away games in particular?

    It's logic symbols.

    ~(P v R), ~(Q & ~R) ~P & ~Q means:

    Not P or R,
Q and not R implies that
    Not P and not Q

Substitute the letters for propositions and you've got yourself an argument with two premises leading to a conclusion.

The table is used to check all possible permeations of the truth of the different parts to check whether the conclusion follows from the premises.

Thanks, yes he did contact me so connections are always good. Well i'm moving in on sunday and my start date is the monday so it's all coming up. Well they bloody put the Cardiff away game just before I moved which is annoying so I'm not too sure about what games I'll be going to, typically my other nearish game, Bristol, is on boxing day when I doubt I'll be in Cardiff as I'll probably be with family. So will have to wait, tbh with having to fork out a bond and christmas coming up and needing to purchase a few things for the house my budget is pretty stretched atm.

Thanks, now that the house is sorted I'm now starting to look forward to it, but I still have the worry of how I'm going to transport my things up there. I'm catching a train and I'm hoping that I can take the essentials (and carry) within two suitcases and an 80L rucksack, then take a few things up at a time so hopefully after Christmas I will have everything I need there. I hope things are falling into place in Liverpool.
