Which half? The top half or the bottom half?

Edit: I see that I am way too late with this.

    Leeds will be relegated.

What we will be given at Leeds is a number of opportunities to attack them on the break. I hope the team have been practicing this in training this week.

Four goals in our last two makes better reading than zero from the previous three. I think scoring goals will be more of a problem than keeping them out - which is a worry of course. I know we have talent upfront, and King really needs
his first "given" goal to kick him on. Dennis is capable, Sarr is always known to create something from nothing, then we have the back up of Fletcher.

Not seen it much tbh. Dennis is out wide now and opposition will know he likes to come inside and shoot so easier to block the shot. King not convinced me yet, not scored. Relying too much on Sarr again as it stands. As long as the opposition has players blocking/stopping his route to goal, we'll struggle. And this will continue until others in the side are capable of influencing games like Sarr can.

Put Dennis in the middle, as against Villa. Cucho or maybe King out left, but the priority should be to build the Sarr/Dennis relationship.

There goes the one player we had who could just about competently play the DM role - whilst Hughes sits doing nothing at Palace and we gave Chalobah away.

The only positive spin you can put on this is the 4th month would’ve been AFCON anyway.

It means that either Louza is suddenly going to be getting a lot more game time whether he's ready or not, or we're going to be stuck actually forced to regularly start a mixture of Cleverley and Gosling. Presumably, it might also have some impact on how far forward Tufan can be deployed.

Looks like Gosling may get some playtime after all this season. Just hope he's up for it.

What is this based on? Less than half an hour as a sub against Villa and 80 minutes in one League Cup game (and cup form doesn’t always have a bearing on league form)?

I just don’t think we’ve seen enough of him this season to already decide he’s not up to it, and with the limited numbers we’ve got now, we need to try all the options we’ve got.

I saw him in the cup games and that was more than enough time to decide that he's not up to it

It’s based on the fact that he’s already not been considered for PL game time yet this season - wasn’t a regular for Bournemouth in his last season as a PL player and wasn’t a regular for them or us in the Championship last season.

By all means, some people can kid themselves that he’s suddenly going to buck the above trends and become a decent, regular option. But I’d say they aren’t being realistic.

Yes, but the Leeds fans have got it in for those tossers from down south. There's no way you can win, Lloyd. Let's hope it's not the same for Watford.

The Millwall fans have to change at Wakefield. That is where they put on their cloth caps and get their whippets out. Watford fans are not required to change at Wakefield so you will really stand out then.

    Bachmann fit apparently.

So who will start in goal ?

Be a big call for Munoz .

Who is his first choice keeper ..

I'd continue with Foster - give Bachmann some Austria matches to get back up to speed.

And don't play Cathcart. (Might as well make this my signature as I can't stress this enough)

Depends if 'the guy from Chilie' is still frozen out. Kabs could do a job, not quite as erratic as Cathcart, but we all know Kabs' loves to give away a late penalty.

Seeing as he said he dropped Bachmann the answer is almost certainly Foster, for now.

No position has really ever been Gosling’s position throughout his career. Up front, in goal and CB are about the only places he’s never played.

    Missing Bamford, Ayling, and Koch.

    Raphinha unfortunately fit.

West Ham had 20 shots at them last time - this could be another "basketball game" as Josh King said.

I'd be disappointed if we didn't score. Just a question of can we score more than a Bamford-less Leeds.
