Looking at the forecast they're being brave/stupid by saying the game will go ahead. Heavy rain forecast all day (the Met Office have also given a warning for the region) so it might need an inspection. screencast
I'd love it to get postponed as I can't make it tomorrow but would go to the rearranged game. And it's what is best for me that is important, as we all know.
More heavy rain for Saturday as well makes me wonder whether my £50 of train tickets are going to go to waste.
That's a lot of rain and the roads down these pagan parts get flooded pretty quickly. Warm clothes and waterproofs are at the ready. I think Mrs Mazzereth might regret going to this match.

You operate a creepy motel, have your mother's corpse in the loft and murder single women who appear a bit ****ty?
I never know if these sort of gansta, text posts are for real, or ironic, poking mild fun at the wider association football audience?
Good Morning and Happy New Year Everybody! Very wet and windy here in Somerset right now..but enough of my personal problems..the weather's not great either. Have a safe trip if you're coming down from Hertfordshire, or travelling from closer afield.
One of the most encouraging things for me about Sannino has been his lack of rotation. With 4 games in under 2 weeks, and the fact the busy fixture list would have given him a good excuse to have a look at just about everybody in the big squad he's inherited, I'm pleased he's fielded the same back 3 both times and the same midfield trio. Indeed, were it not for injury, we might even have been unchanged on Sunday. I would expect a few of the 'fringe' players to get a chance at Ashton Gate but hopefully for tonight's match, more of the same. I was a big Zola fan but he rotated the defence way too much for my liking, even apart from all the injuries.
In Sherborne now (about 20 mins outside of Yeovil) and its verrrry wet and windy here. Would be surprised if this one goes ahead.
For those going I hope they make the sensible decision if it's in doubt and call it off. It's on Sky so doubt that will happen
I remember Ipswich playing Lestah in a game absolutely covered in snow due to it being on sky a few years ago
I remember Watford playing at Oldham in the early eighties. The pitch was completely white and they had to play with an orange ball. I think the score ended 1-1, but it was amusing see both teams concentrating on keeping their feet rather than playing football.
