All these things come out when things are bad . Might explain why we get so many injuries and issues with fitness . No connection or effective communication between the players , managers and staff . Probably because so many change so often .
Well those need to be removed. Without exception. You cannot move forward with a new manager when you have this sort of culture endemic in the dressing room.
