You are showing the classic signs of a chronic case of THUS. This is to give it it's full title 'Transfer Forum User Syndrome'. Much like hay fever it is largely a seasonal disorder, particularly prevalent in SW Herts from June to August and for a short period for some strange reason that has baffled science also for a short period in January. There is no real cure unless the patient is full sedated until mid-August when the main anxiety symptoms seem to subside. Affecting mostly males addicted to soccer with too much time on their hands. The best solution is usually to go on holiday, become a hermit or possibly something meaningful like real work. Keep away from news outlets like SSN and off social media. Doctors and the rest of society barely recognise this condition and patients are normally told '...to get a life'!
