  10. Just award the game to Manchester City by forfeit. Better a 3-0 than an actual match.

Thats another cardable offence for Silva. But not booked.

How many players do we need to ‘get injured’ to force an abandonment?

If we could defend and take chances we could be fifth now..... Yes. Incredible as it seems. But our defence is a shambles and luckily everyone has chipped in with goals because our trio of strikers couldn't hit a cow with the proverbial banjo.

Another chance for Gray. Good save.

Because Palace were at home? Gutted we are 2-0 so early but the games that City played against Palace and Everton should be taken in isolation - they've steamrollered every other game both in the league and Europe. So in reality they are just doing what they have done to everyone else.

Won't be a popular call - but Gray has looked good to get in behind their defence a couple of times tonight and Capoue has also looked far better than usual. Easy when you are 2-0 down though I guess.

After an awful start, we've actually come into the game and don't look terrible.

Poor defending and poor finish by Gray sums us up nicely!

Poor finish? I know he has his boo-boys but he did nothing wrong in that half, come on.

Nothing wrong but nothing right either. He misses all his shots. Has no confidence or enough skill

3 or 4 nil is a good result. Proud of the lads

I would of taken a 2-0 half time deficit if you asked me before the game

He has been decent, even Crapoue managed one killer pass..... Other than that he's been his usual awful self.

“The Watford away strip seems to feature a rather natty cummerbund - a first for a Premier league kit I think,” suggests Charles Antaki of the red and black-clad Hornets. “I didn’t see how they came out from the tunnel, but if they were wearing smoking jackets that would have rounded it off rather well. [Goal goes in]. It would also explain their rather relaxed start.”

I think being so **** has worked in our favour, city know they really don’t even have to try now they are 2-0 up. Play it as a training session for them and don’t get injuries

    I’m not enjoying this

I have to say one thing for Gray , he does get into a good position , if only he was a better finisher

I thought bloody Silva ad De Broyna weren't going to play.

I'd say those two are probably the best two players in the premier league at this moment. Trust them to put in a special effort to play against us.

I thought we did alright in the end as after those first 2 goals I was expecting 5-0 at HT.

Not sure if it was the camera angle but there was a weird shot when Gomes was injured and Gray went off to get water. Marco Silva was in the background seemingly near and he just stared blankly ahead with a fixed stare rather than talk to him, or even glance at him.

I've seen things you wouldn't believe. The Watford FC safe, matches thrown away in the last minutes of games, a slim Troy Deeney and Lionel Messi at Pryzm.

We got a decision in our favour. ***** Aguero fouled by Vague Wague in the box. No penaldo.

Got into decent space twice behind a good, quick defence. First time the ball just wouldn't drop and the second, a good goal bound effort was denied by a good save. So yes, he did do things right.

I'm not his biggest fan either. But some people are just saying things out of spite, which seems pointless.

Offside again. And another Gomes blunder. Could be a greasy ball. Groundhog Day.

Thats probably the 7th or 8th goal this season that Gomes has palmed straight to an opposition player

He is costing us every ******* week

Man marking non existant for their 3rd, Gomes makes another blunder. Meanwhile Roy Hodgson's Palace are winning from 1-0 down away at Southampton after getting a point off City 2 days ago...
