Sorry, it was Bryan Adams, my bad. Wasn't sure until he burst into "Run to you'. I knew it was someone famous though.
Oh good and once he steps off the scales, he'll sprain his ankle and be out until the end of the season. He'll join Hughes, Chalobah, Britos and Mr Bump on the sidelines.
Steady on there, Captain Hyperbole. Mr. Bump never got injured anywhere near as much as the first three.
I hope it's tonight then he could maybe have a run out at Stoke, it's not like we currently have a RW that gives a ****!
In all seriousness there can't be many better wingers who would realistically come to us, so well done to the club if they pull this off. I think he'd be well suited to the 3-4-3 we played earlier in the season, although I doubt we'll see that formation under Gracia.
Two seasons ago under QSF I saw him against us at the Vic. Thought he was the best player on the pitch. Did wonder at the time why Martinez took him off after about 70 minutes though. Potentially a very good signing in my humble opinion.
We always have to change the team after we go 2-0, so as long as we are 2-0 down with at least 60 minutes left his stamina won’t be an issue.
Oh good, just in time for Palace or West Ham to pipe up with a last minute bid and steal him. Not holding my breath on this one until I see him holding an Elton John Taylor made army scarf.
He was getting games for Barcelona earlier on in the season, would be fantastic signing. Is it a rumoured loan or permanent? Can't be bothered to read all posts in the thread.
They will only sign him if he's damaged. Like the guys that buy cheap tins in supermarkets we love a bargain bin damaged player at Watford.
Loan deal. No mention if we have the option to sign him up in the summer, but by then he will only have 1 year left on his Barca contract, so may be available for a cut price
He has genuine quality and I'd love him to come here . I'll believe it when I see it. Imagine him and RIchy down the wings
https://www.sport.es/es/amp/noticia...ido-watford-6586799?__twitter_impression=true This report says that it's all been done, Giraldi had a meeting this afternoon with his agent. Loan with no purchase option. Also says we're hoping to have him in training tomorrow.
I also liked CoTK description of him as a bumper on a pin ball machine so will "Bumper" Gray be able to turn it in as a "Ball Shooter" once it is "Flipped" onto him
It's all agreed. Only a loan with no option to buy, but is still a fantastic piece of business by the club. He's agreed to join Watford above other options because of the playing time offered to him. Watford will pay his entire salary.
Bravo. Hopefully we can keep our heads just above water until Challobah and Hughes come back and, then we’ll have a midfield that’s good enough to over compensate for our weaknesses elsewhere.
