I won't get my hopes up, but I'll keep my fingers crossed, we need some good news, could this be some?
I suspect UEA will be all over the detail but i suspect it can only be a loan with an option to buy in summer - firstly why would he want to play at Burton next year - but mainly i don't think Barca are allowed under the rules to sell him on under the registration / buyback deal with Everton until summer
https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/spo...rton-deal-could-block-barcelonas-14139938.amp Anyone confident of getting a bit of help from Everton?? As the quotes from Martinez are from 2015 hopefully this clause has expired or something, I don't think we'd be pursuing this if it's going to be a messy deal.
My hope, he’s a direct replacement for Carrillo, seeing as the Benfica loanee has effectively downed tools in protest over snake being sacked. The sooner the little **** is booted out our club, the better
So we need cover in wide positions so we'll sign one and then let one go, putting us back to square one. Great thinking.
I’m sure it would be tempting but it does no one any favours if this feud is allowed to continue. I’m sure there could be future player trading between both clubs.
I wouldn't mind getting him. I opened a thread about him on Jan 1 2017. Don't think it will happen though due to wages.
“Morning Mr Moshiri, Gino here...You might remember me from such conversations as ’**** off and stop calling me about our manager’ ‘Quick one. We know you tapped up MS. We have a deal in place with Deulofeu but needs your signature. Sign here or it’ll cost you...Arrivaderci”
Balague saying that Deulofeu has four offers - us, unnamed club, Napoli and another unnamed Italian club. Says the players preference is Italy and our interest is only that at the minute - interest, nothing concrete.
Just this seasons Niang. Personally don't see it happening, but if it does he will probably earn us some valuable points and then fade off. If reports are true and clubs such as Napoli are interested can't see why he'd want to come here at all.
Always liked him when watching on highlights but his career history makes me think he might be a McGugan? Why can't he stay anywhere? Everton, Sevilla, AC Milan & Barca all didn't want to keep him. Really talented regardless so I'll happily take him!
Balague is the biggest fraudster going. He's built an image of himself as having the inside scoop on all things La Liga, yet most Spaniards haven't even heard of him and he only writes for English publications. Bet his name is actually Lee from Stockport putting on a Spanish accent.
Reminiscent of the Prodl/dog photoshoot. More pressingly, look at the Christmas tree. The greeting ('Merry Christmas') is in English rather than Catalan. Can anyone make out anything reflected in the baubles? Could this have been taken in the London Colney area?
The bare walls suggest a basement room, possibly one where all the injured players whom we never see again are kept. Is Cathcart the lensman? Call the police!
On closer inspection I think he's actually strangling the mutt, while it rests it's feet on his "I've been sitting on the bench too long" gut. Isn't he wearing a retro classic Bournemouth away kit from the early 70s ? Abort mission.
