What Time Is Lunch?

No, decaf is apparently real. Unlike Jacob Rees-Mogg who is entirely made up.

it makes a mockery of the show “Friday Night Dinner”, for one thing.

I think peanut butter on 50/50 toast, glass of OJ, Apple, some red grapes.

 

Kettle just on for lunch-delaying coffee. Beans on toast at 13.00.Reward for finding fuel for both myself and a can for Mrs TUT this morning.

 

While I was working in the shipyard in Norway lunch was 11am. I wasn't even awake at this time in England. Never got used to it.

 

I’ve just done a hot sausage roll from the mobile lunch van and a chicken and mushroom pot noodle.

Put on to these by my youngest daughter last year as recommended by 90% of Uni students. It was perfect when I had to nip in to the office during lockdown and nowhere was open to buy lunch. That and a bit of fruit afterwards is a perfect quick lunch.

 

I’m in the office, so it’s a sandwich and one of those pots of Bircher muesli.

I know this will have destroyed me in your eyes, but you can’t rule out that Karl Marx would have ate one had they been available.
