If you're not hoisting up the Pozzo Out banners now, you're mental. This whole things is falling apart before our eyes. Even though we've not been relegated, this is making our drop to what is now League One in 1996 look like halcyon days.

Don’t let that virtue signaling ‘passion’ in the scuffles at the end misguide you, theres not an ounce of fight in that group.

I missed most of the game but actually caught the last two goals so cannot really make a full assement. Wilder is doing nothing to change how we play or perform. Season is dead, has been for a while. Player's coasting till the end, caring very little. A fan getting ejected for having a banner is just pathetic. Fans' cannot even vent their frustrations, shows how much Gino rules this club with an iron fist. Bachmann getting sent off for a stupid kick at a player just summed up our afternoon. Well done Huddersfield Town, take nothing away from them. Hope the fan's booed them to high heaven at FT, as I switched off as soon as the Whistle blew. Lot's of fans' left at 1-3 so cannot really blame them.

Not much else to say, except for can we end this season now and just bye' our final games 0-3? I am sure the EFL will understand. Fans' care so much more about this club than the players' do, and again tactically we had nothing going forward most of the game even though we did start well. We will continue to tumble down the table, and finish somewhere deep in the bottom half I am sure of it. Next season could be a real struggle unless we see a massive exidous of players and toxic vibes. I still love this club, I always will, but it's really hard to smile about anything we do anymore.

    Shameful.

I've never seen a more dominant performance without actually doing anything with the ball? Pathetic, and once again the only fight we show is performative, handbag-style nothingness.

Wilder seems to be bold enough to make some calls that other managers wouldn't, such as not picking Sarr (although he may not be fully match fit yet), but it's not working out, and to be honest I'm not sure if that's on him or the wastrels out on the pitch. A few weeks ago I'd have been fine with handing Cathcart an extension, but we should get shot now (though I fear we won't with our financial situation), and in terms of his replacements, Hoedt seems to think he's better than he is, and Porteous tries, but is very very rash. The midfield is clearly lacking a Watson or Guedioura (heck, even a Gosling from a few years ago might even help!), Asprilla is good in that #10 role, but I fear he might be a luxury player, as if we don't play with a system that accommodates a #10 (or if we have a #10 ahead of him as we've had for much of this season in JP), I don't see how he fits, although he was again a rare bright spark, everything seemed to fall to him (which is unfortunate as he can't hit a barn door from inside the area!). Louza I think it's fair to say I was expecting more from, a few moments here and there but largely anonymous, as for Assombalonga, he seems to be playing the Bayo role now, not really doing much, but popping up with goals (albeit not as important as the ones Bayo scored for us!), will he be here next season?

The style, such as it is,is completely unsuitable for this league.

You would be hard pressed to assemble a more dysfunctional group of young men if you tried.

It's like Pozzo has seen The Producers and is following the script, with himself in the Zero Mostel role.

I thought we'd do well this season and I can indeed now tell you I was sadly wrong, if that is helpful. I still think the squad at the start of the season was good on paper in terms of individual players but, even more sadly than me being wrong, this hasn't translated into anything resembling a team and what we are seeing now is appalling.

If people were so convinced at the start the season that we would be this sh1t than they really could have made a fortune betting against us as the bookies certainly didn't predict this. I had a spread bet at one point earlier in this season betting low on the number of points we would get. Unfortunately I cashed it in during a rare moment of rekindled optimism - error, error.

Well what a sh!tshow that was. First game this season and I can say that I have witnessed at first hand what a calamity of a club we are.

We are burdened with the task of being Watford supporters, but this is a low. We need years of work to restore belief and pride in the club.

Having a few in the Red Lion to drown our sorrows. Despite the depths that we have sunk to, we will be back. Why do we do this to ourselves?

Yep, and these grown men will all gather around 19 yr old podcasters, desperate to have their say on their podcast. Our fans are all talk and no action. All want to be in the room with Gino so don’t want to upset their chances. It’s a shame when fans care more about themselves than the club. Until there is a collective effort to rid Gino and our club of this horse ****, then we will be stuck. Amazes me how people can collaborate over many issues all over the world, but a fanbase of a football club who claim to support the club are divided in many ways.

Bottom line is, their needs to be mass protests outside the training ground and stadium. This is what should be getting organized, not some fluffed up piece of crap meeting with Gino and SD who will lie and not answer any damning questions.

I feel for you. Sorry it's been such a waste of time and money over the Easter weekend. Players' certainly didn't give a monkeys, again. Did the bare minimum and will pick up a full wage on Friday. If you have any plans to go to Coventry, don't.

Club is a complete and utter circus, imploding on and off the pitch and it’s getting worse every week

Even after the Pozzo out chanting there was still a mutant in the Rookery whinging about “who do you want instead? Duxbury is the real problem, what about the cup final?!”

Vile and rotten club from top to bottom, if the season was 10 games longer I’d back us to go down from here

Take Sarr and Pedro out of this side. Rebuild it with the 15 odd signings we need in the summer, but with Gino's track record and then carry over our toxic malaise into next season and yes. We are a very good bet to go down. And I welcome it.

As usual we collapse once the other team score.

    So predictable!

We didn’t even test their keeper 2nd half really till we scored .

I used to get all pi**ed off when we lost or played badly, not in the past month or so.
We are so embarrassing that it is a joke.
We lost again as expected and 5 minutes later it doesn't matter.
We are heading for league one next season, a points deduction and possibly going into administration.
What will the Pozzo family do? Stick or sell? The total debt is around £200m
No clearout of players, it's not the Pozzo way.
Very, very deep water ahead for our sinking club.

I sold at 76 when we were looking a bit fragile under Edwards. Taken a long time for it to come significantly below that to be honest. Guess I’ll win about 10 points when all is said and done.

Congratulations to Yaser on his first senior goal. I would say I hope the first of many for the club but the poor lad is surrounded by dross and in an environment that would make it hard for any young player to flourish.

As I said I don't think we'll win another game all season. There just needs to be a mass clear out in the summer and a complete rebuild with Ubenga and his new manager. Pozzo needs to go or stay out of the football side of things because he has not got a clue unlike his father. All of what we are seeing now is down to his decisions in recruitment, backroom staff, managerial churn, inordinately long contracts for over the hill players and his constant support along with Duxbury for them allowing them to run the roost.

There's bound to be a few. Do you know we were once in the Fourth Division. I loved my trips to Southport. That's the sort of mentality we have. Anyone with a modicum of ambition should be aiming high as possible within reason. We've seen it with Brighton and Brentford. Yes they have richer benefactors but their models of business are so far superior in every respect. I'll be cheering for the Seagulls this weekend.

Pozzo and his insecure, fragile ego needs to go.

It is not HIS club. It is MY club. YOUR club. OUR club. Most of us here were here before Pozzo and co rolled the carnival into town, and we’ll be here long after.

I love Watford, I loved Watford more than my ex partner who I spent 8 years of my life with. A good result could make a weekend, a bad result could ruin one. That day at Wembley 4 years ago was the happiest day of my life, I cried tears of joy on the phone to my dad wishing he could’ve been there with me to see it on the way back to the pub after.

Ever since then the club has totally lost its identity. What has succeeded before now fails, and yet Pozzo and co continue to make the same mistakes time and time again. The recruitment isn’t good enough - nothing changes. The managerial merry go round doesn’t work - nothing changes. The communication, forward planning and entire running of the club stinks to high heaven - nothing changes.

We’re meant to believe this session Duxbury has mentioned, and the usual suspects have jumped on, is going to lead to change. It won’t mean a damn thing. It’ll be a box ticking exercise at best with soft volley questions that can be easily batted away. Again, nothing will change.

It is dangerous and downright arrogant to censor fans from having their voice, as with the Pozzo out banner this afternoon - if they truly have the best interests of the club and it’s supporters at heart, why not come out and acknowledge things aren’t going to plan and even if you don’t give the nuts and bolts of it, commit to building a roadmap or blueprint of how we can get back on track?

We don’t have any right to be in the Premier League. In most senses we’re a Championship club, and that’s fine. Only a handful of clubs have a divine right to be in the top league every season - what I DO expect is 100% commitment and effort from all involved. I want players who care and will go out there and battle for the shirt, I want managers who don’t view the job as a free pass and a easy few quid, I want owners with a strategy and a plan, who I can reliably count on to keep my club safe from financial ruin. Do we really have any of that?

I’m glad I didn’t go today. It hurts seeing how rotten the whole thing has become. I will not be attending any more games until Pozzo goes, and you may think I’m overreacting but it’s my decision. move had enough.

Apologies for the lengthy post, I needed to get that off my chest.
