Keep up the good work "Harry". It's definately helped the atmosphere in the last few weeks. For the record, this IS the genuine Harry, we had a little email chat beforehand.
Well done mate. I think you're doing a good job of entertaining the crowd. In past years HtH has just wandered around waving, but it's always better if you actually get involved with the fans. The drumming in different parts of the stadium was very good - got the crowd going well - and clearly the mexican wave went down well (even the press and subs bench got involved!). I look forward to you having a fight with the Coventry mascot on sunday...
Doing a fantastic job, keep it up! Good to see someone from the club keeping in touch with the fanbase too.
was waiting to see danny graham jump on you after the third goal - pity it didnt happen - would have been quite funny keep it up
Hi 'Oldmanray', I have explained everything in the 'Official Harry Hornet' Thread..... Many thanks all, nice to have a all the support and 'Mean' you are correct!
Well done harry, keep it up for next season. Whatever happened to that guy who would fire prizes into the crowd from a big air gun? Was it you who did that i cant remember?
Not one of my lads Paddy. And although the sweet business went bust the teas, coffees and bacon rolls are doing very well at the Watford girls football on Saturdays:rolleye1:
A couple of weeks back you came pretty much up to my face when I wasn't looking and screamed "COYH!!!", I nearly sh*t myself. Still laugh about it in the bar now. You're quality for both adults and kids, keep it up mate, you're hilarious.
:sign15: I have never heard harry's voice, only seen him from afar banging his drum or some such:doh:
good job m8. really good job on saturday keep it up. would love to see you run away from the stewards at some point of around the pitch or something.
fair play harry.... would like to see you in the directors box next year with your drum..would be very funny..
Fair play to your hard work and dedication. Personally the whole mascot thing at football makes me cringe but if it get's the crowd going then why not.
If you are the real Harry then well done on your efforts since you took over, they are definately a big improvement My dad and my brother have remarked many times how much better the new Harry is and how much rhythm you have in some of your dance moves! keep up the good work!
I have to agree with everyone, Top work Official H the H. Even managed to capture a few moments at the Reading Win.
im in this pic, to the left of the man with the white hat, next to the exit to the far right of screen. Im the 3rd of the three people in yellow of that row.
I don't think that a lot of people realise the importance of our Harry. OK he entertains us, he's been getting the atmosphere going recently, he's a good distraction from the match sometimes and is generally just funny to keep an eye on. But it's more than that... I took my eldest daughter to a game for the first time when she was just 4. We picked a quiet low down corner of the Rookery on a warm day and she was bored within minutes. Then along came Harry, and suddenly she's not so bored but wants to meet this giant friendly looking thing. So I took her down the front, she met Harry and got a pat on the head, then spent most of the match watching him between colouring pages of her book. We left 15 minutes early that day to avoid the crowds, (first and only time ), and as we were leaving she spotted him in the corner between the Rookery and the East Stand so ran over and patted him, and got another pat back on the head. It made her day. Up until the next home match she nagged me about taking her again, not for the football but to meet Harry! So it continued and she seemed to come along more and more over the years. She's now been a Season Ticket holder for the last 3 years and has already told me she expects another next year. Her younger sister has been a few times this season, met Harry of course, and now also wants a ST next for year. That's 2 probable lifelong supporters and guaranteed income right there. I wonder how many hundreds of other kids he's "helped" into the Watford way? So keep up the good work Harry.
2 to the right I was there on my own, just happened to sit next to a person who looked freakishly similar to me!:forehead: very scary.
I'll tell you what turned me into a Watford supporter, was in primary school, they had a scheme, called the KickBack scheme, where they would sell tickets to the school, then onto the kids and the school would make a profit as well as the reduced prices for us. It turned me from supporting man-ure, so that scheme definitely did as it was meant to. But when i was that age, harry did nothing for me as i was too shy to go up to him :dismay:
A few matches ago, when Harry started getting really hyped up he ran along the front of the Rookery shouting Come On! Brilliant work Harry, love you to bits!
