I've got two but neither are that good.

It won't do brick so it depends what you want it for. I built a stud wall and two kitchens with it.

 

cordeless drills dont tend to be that good - so depends what you want it for - as a glorifed electric screwdriver one would be ok!!

You are quite right about cordless drills, unless you get a FARK OFF 24V HAMMER one.

They go through virtually ANYTHING.
