Yes, if the Lino is certain he has seen an offside, he has to flag. My point was the Costa goal was so borderline I could understand the lino's doubts. The other 2 examples were so obviously offside it has to be assumed that either the Lino was not concentrating or he saw what we saw and still got it wrong. Either way he's not up to the job at this level.
I believe when it's that blatant,like Spurs at home and the Norwich game and cost teams points The linos should be fined and have a 3 match ban with no pay.
