    Anyone spot the bizarre sequence of results in the Highland League last night? Five games, all won by the away side, no goals scored by the home sides who conceded a total of 25 goals. The results were 0-6, 0-8, 0-4, 0-6, 0-1.
    That would have made a pretty good accumulator!

    It's just come to my notice that the Scottish League Cup, which is being played at the moment, is organised in groups in the early stages. When did this happen - just this year?

    I'm intrigued now: why are Albion Rovers your Scottish team? And do other posters have one (Celtic and Rangers don't count)?
    Mine are East Fife, simply because back in the 70s I saw someone on the 282 bus in Northwood Hills carrying one of those nasty plastic sports bags of the time branded in their amber and black colours. I was astonished.
