Fair play to Hughes as he usually complains.

Bangura initially got into him then savage went looking for revenge (not maliciously) and got clattered.

The majority of players get clapped off when they are on a stretcher, savage is not in said majority. :D

I did not even think he was that badly hurt...just sitting up and actually trying to get up did not suggest a broken leg at the time.

I know it was wrong for some fans to boo but as I said at the time it eas not clear what the injury was.

    berkshirehorn presumably I upset/disappointed someone

Come on guys even though its Savage we don't celebrate breaking someones leg. Savage on Soccer AM was pretty good. He doesn't deserve this.

    Why do you say that?

It was not high. I've just seen it again on SSN and it was foot level.

but what will make it look bad was that he went over the ball and down on his leg.

  26. afanof

    afanof First Team

It didn't look bad, even Mark Hughes said so.

Blackburn have too many points to go down so we really want them to do well, and beat the teams around us so savage get well soon.
