he played 2 games. True I wont forget about him, I will look out for him when hes moves on in the summer. Anyways you dont rate him judging on a few premiership appearances where a team was low on confidence, hardly made any chances. Then this season wasnt given 1 chance in the team. Mean he might be crap as you think, but Ive yet to see it in this league. Remember every1 slated Kabba and hes won every ones praise in a couple of appearances. Plus Ellington £4m striker doesnt seem to impressing most of you lot. Priskin has been given a go. You go on about managing talent it's true, Aidy couldnt get the best out of him (style of play, motivation and so on) Your the one who keeps bringing back this debate.
That is a good point about style and team low on confidence. Aidy had always said "he is/was for the future" and that actually Williamson was the one was was expected to make an instant impact.

Hypocrit! Why do you think Nathan "I am Ronaldinho" Ellinglump wasn't given a chance until King left? Oooohh make sense now, he didnt do well enough in training!!
I'm interested Cude - what is it you actually have against Ellington personally You can disagree with the price, you can think he doesn't fit the system we play, you can think he's peaked and on the downward from here on in and you can think he wasn't fit enough when he joined - but none of those things are his fault. He's certainly never said anything wrong. He wasn't given a chance til King left because King was barely ever dropped. And King and Ellington wasn't a viable combination in this division. :rant::sign8:
