Great Result and a massive win! Well played to the lads for the comeback away from home. Lets keep pushing on from here!
Fair play to Dyche, substitutions worked! It's amazing how much football effects my mood, I wanted to shoot someone at 1-0 down, now im pretty happy. COME ON YOU 'ORNSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
He didn't exactly hit the ground running, but after a shakey start SD is begginging to look like a half-decent manager.
I know, i am buzzing now. well done boys. good subs by dyche. good battling to hold on. just a stat, the only striker not score in the last 2 games? big chris
We have such a good record against the Tractor Boys! 2-1 and 3-0 last season....and going back in seasons 1-1 and 2-1 the year before..2-1 and 0-0...2-0 and 2-1...1-0 and 2-1...2-2 and 2-1.. So in the last 13 league meetings with them, we have won 10 and drawn 3. Quite fancy getting them in tomorrow's Cup draw!

Just got home. We played very well for first half of first half but didn't take our opportunities and I was gutted when we conceded just on half time. Really played well to come back and win - great pen by Sordell under pressure and the the Deeney goal. Ipswich put us under a bit of pressure at the end but we held on. Great result and great day out
A superb away day from the very start. A good win but make no mistake, Ipswich were farking terrible. If we didn't win that then everyone in yellow should have been shot. Hogg was immense once again, unfortunately Prince was poor once again. Kightly was in and out of the game, and Yeates showed he is lethal with dead balls but very average in open play. Completely his fault for the goal. The back four looked good as a unit again, and Hodson is bang on top of his game again. Iwelumo was poor but yet again the cheering as he went off was moronic. Sordell looked lively up until he skied a shot he really should have tested the keeper with and he then went quiet until the second half when he won the penalty. It was quite strange that he had thrown himself to the floor a couple of times previous to the penalty and the Ipswich fans didn't react, but after he won a stonewall penalty they then got on his back. A good away win against a very poor side, but as the saying goes - you can only play what is put in front of you.
Decent performance with the exception of the last 10 minutes of the first half we looked comfortable on the ball and was nice to see Ipshtye resorting to hoof ball. Sordell should have put us one up in the first half but missed a great chance. After the break we looked the better side for the majority of the time and after sticking close to big Chris in the first half, Sonko found the pace of Marvin too hot to handle in the 2nd alf and gave away the penalty. The substitutions worked well and all in all a great result and best of all I can rub the noses of the carrot crunching numpties in it for a few more months with bragging rights at my local.
We're on a good run & I don't think SD will mess with the starting lineup while it contines, bar injuries & suspensions.
and isn't it exceptionally pleasant to have an away fans bar with decent booze close to the ground, not jam packed out and great for a quick fall over the road to the station
http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episod...ll_League_Show_2011_2012_03_12_2011/?t=38m31s Some brilliant team play from the looks of it on the highlights. 38 minutes and 31 seconds in if the link doesn't work properly.
Unfortunately not, despite the best laid plans as per our discussion. By the end of the evening I couldn't even spell 'shag', let alone put a shift in. Yesterday was a fine day though.
there was a better bit in the 1st half the TV didnt show. We must have pinged about five quick first time pinball passes around before breaking down the wing
It was Yeates' fault for heading it back 25 yds to a blue shirt on the edge of our area. We may have switched off for a second because the danger should have been long gone. Yeates acknowledged as much.
Ipswich were dire, we were average, Deeney needs to start, I drank enough Aspall to kill a small animal. Good day.
