Would love to re-sign Vydra. Think this is a subject that deserves more discussion?

Are their any pickings from Sunderland, Burton, Barnsley or Bolton? Financially dropping out of the Championship will be a disaster for Sunderland. Fire sale for any decent prospect.

Good or not isn't really the problem though - it's the fact that, everywhere he goes, his unwanted baggage follows him.

I've heard sunderland have a great midfielder called Ndong. Think he's out on loan somewhere at the moment.

    West Brom • Nope
    Stoke • Shaqiri, Butland
Saints • Austin, JWP, Lemina, Bertrand, Boufal, Cedric, Redmond
    Hudders • Mounie, Mooy, Billing
    Palace • Zaha, RLC, PvA
    Swans • Mawson

Xherdan Shaqiri - Would only sign if we couldn’t get Deulofeu permenantly, near world-class on his day.
Jack Butland - Incredible distribution and shot stopping ability, England’s best keeper.
Charlie Austin - Proven goal scorer up and down the divisions, injuries obviously a major concern.
James Ward-Prowse - Alongside Chalobah and Hughes, JWP is one of the best young English midfielders out there, incredible set-piece delivery and has an eye for goal also.
Mario Lemina - Incredible ball carrier with very strong defensive attributes, physically well rounded also and only 23
Ryan Bertrand - 10x better than Holebas and Zeegelaar, England’s best left-back. End of.
Sofiane Boufal - Has some of the best feet in the league, can produce moments of individual brilliance but so far hasn’t showed his worth.
Cedric - Good right back, similar to Kiko, not as good as Kiko.
Nathan Redmond - Been sh¡te this year, however everyone knows the qualities he does possess, direct and pacy but lacking end product.
Steve Mounie - A lot better than Deeney and Okaka, surprising turn of pace very good in the air.
Aaron Mooy - Very good all-round midfielder, does everything you want in a well drilled team.
Phillip Billing - 6’6’’ holding midfielder who protects the back line, can also play as a centre half.
Wilf Zaha - One of the most skillful players in the league, carrying Crystal Pikey on his back. Second best player outside the top 6 behind Mahrez, would be starting for England if the FA wasn’t run by 5 year-olds
Rueben Loftus-Cheek - On loan from Chelsea and has excelled this year proving he can do it in the big league, can play behind the striker, in the centre or infront of the defence. Potentially cheap aswell; look at Chalobah as an example.
Patrick van-Aanholt - Decent left back/ left winger, quick and attack minded, can’t be worse than what we’ve got.
Alfie Mawson - Ball playing centre-half, Solid but can have lapses of concentration so will fit right in at Watford

What do you not agree with?

I don’t think his list is comprehensive, but I think he’s fairly spot on with the players he mentions.

Probably doesn’t speak enough about Mawson’s fantastic potential and his organisation/ leadership skills for someone so young.

Not one that's getting relegated, but Bobby Reid has always impressed me whenever i've seen him play, HG and out of contract in the summer so we'd land him for free. Twice the player than Sinclair is, meaning we could sell Sinclair for a couple of mil.

Bristol City have extended his contract by a year unfortunately but should be cheap enough.

Ah, didn't realise that. Not sure what the fee would be, but a worthy replacement for Sinclair if it's <3m

I doubt Bristol City would be in the market for selling him to us on the cheap, especially given his age and performances this season. He’d be much nearer £10m given Championship prices these days. And no way does anyone give us more than £1m for Sinclair.

Joe Allen should be a must. Similar to Cleverly but with better passing. Homegrown, would be cheap - ish and he's a bit of a *********, which I think we're missing. Can reignite his feud with Deeney.

A ‘must’ is a bit strong for a team that already has quite a few creative midfielders. And I doubt he’d be cheap in either fee or wages.

I think Gino will continue looking for more British players ala Chalobah and Hughes.

There is clearly an attitude problem at some of the club, whether this comes from pay to play type mercenaries or not I dont know.

I know Ill get slated for this apparent ITK info but Mariappa has said to my mate who lives near to him, that a lot of the players dont really give a fxck.

Sure they train hard, good professionals etc but when we lose they dont really care . The example he gav e was when his mistake lead to Burnleys goal recently, there was no one covering his mistake . They all stood there and watched instead of trying to help their teammate out. Marriappa has saved so many of his teammates challenges with his last ditch challenges.

He did say that Deolefeu was a dedicated professional and really cared. I hope we sign him .

He also said that Pereyra is class and the reason why we dont see the best of him is because most of the other players arent on the same wavelength...although he did say that Hughes is...which you can see in games where they play together.

Karnezis seemed to care with the huddersfield goal - kept punching the ground after but agree that it's quite clear some of the players (they know who they are) don't have the heart of the Huddersfield, Burnley or Bournemouth players

Also he said Richarlison is passionate but wants to do it all on his own rather than play as a team .
