My friend HB1 is monitoring this conversation. Back to Masina apparently according to another report on News Now he has agreed to join us and the terms are settled at 5.6 million pounds plus bonuses but he is currently changing agent. It won't be announced until 1 July when the window opens in Italy. Only fly in the ointment is that in the meantime Everton are still circling this deal.

Everton aren’t interested. Well not from what I can tell. It all started from some WUM on Twitter doing the obvious link and some sub-standard football sites picking it up. All started from a Twitter wind-up. All the indications are that he will sign as soon at the Italian window opens as you say - although if we have agreed the details, surely a new agent will want to readress that? Why not announce it now and complete on July 1st? If the above is true it sounds like they are waiting for other offers to me.

I'm 99.99% sure an EPL club can sign a player from anywhere as from today.

That the Italian window doesn't open until 1 July is irrelevant on outgoing transfers, just that Italian clubs cannot make incoming signings.

That's how the differing window times was always explained by SkySportsNews on their deadline day programmes.

I may be wrong but that's how I understand it.
