Rumours that Ashley had a medical at WHL yesterday... Anyone else heard this? I doubt Spurs are that daft or in such a panic to spend 10 million on one fairly umproven player. 5 million more like.
It was posted on one of the Spurs fans websites. I'm not sure if their is much credibility there. I would tend not to believe anything at present.
Think it through slowly. We rejected a bid of £8m from WHU and accepted £9.65m. For Ashley to be having a medical (if indeed it's true, which I doubt) we have to have accepted a bid and we're hardly gonna have accepted £5m now are we?
We wouldn't let them talk to him for 5 mio. If 5 mio cash is the offer it'll include two players or more.
