Good stuff today Roady, was gonna have a tenner on Liverpool but thought against it at the 11th hour. Liverpool looked decent going forward in patches but I was concerned by how much they sat back in the second half, especially against such a talented Chelsea team. I think the result was deserved though.

Do you think that is a statement of intent for a title challenge?

Not sure about a title challenge, too early to say, we,ve had a great start but a very long way to go, nice to make a free scoring Chelsea struggle to create anything on their own patch though. Agree about sitting a bit too deep cos when we went forward I thought we caused them problems and could have gone on to score again.

I reckon if you can keep this form up until Christmas the momentum should at least take you up to a serious challenge for the title, but not necessarily the title itself.

Congrats Raodie - fantastic result. Read something that made me think about your chances for the championship. You've beaten both ManUre and Chelski without Torres in the starting lineup!!!!

Well impressed and I hope you can continue the form shown so far. I have a ManUre fanatic at work and he's convinced yoiu'll drop points to carp sides and beat the good sides and as a result be out of the race by February. I hope that isn't the case this time.

I agree with your manc friend to an extent, we beat Man U then drew at home to Stoke, so its no use beating Chelsea and then dropping points at home to Portsmouth on Wednesday, but its the never say die attitude thats impressed me so far, 1-0 down to Middlesbro,Man utd, Marseille, 2-1 down to Wigan and 2-0 down to Man City and going on to win all of those games, for the first time in along time there seems to be a BELIEF, only time will tell.

Couldn't believe we lost that, only ourselves to blame for missing several really good chances.

What pi55ed me off the most is all this 'Harry Redknapp the genius' bollocs, on another day they would have lost 5-0, it was a very poor spurs team, but they kept going so good luck to them.

 I put 5-0 in the prediction league aswell and it should have been.
