Yes this is my concern, we've had a long string of managers who have failed to get a tune from our lot (bunch/mob?)
Nice guy comes in - team eat him alive, hard nut manager comes in - team don't like it, hard trainer comes in - team feels tired.
No manager will succeed until Manga finally provides a fit squad of decent players. For me it's now all about an 18 month gradual rebuild with a more balanced and settled squad next season going for promotion....
