The sw corner of the rous was one of the options.... But because of the disabled area at the rear of those seats, I felt we would not enhance there matchday experience...especially when we will be standing for longer than most (block their view etc)... We may, however, make an appearance in the lower rous soon though ( maybe closer to the vic road end) for a one off special.

    Cheers

I can't think of a single event over the last 85 minutes of the Palace game that could have been cheered, let alone anything else.

If the YO were anything like the rest of us, they were wishing they had stayed at home. It was a crushing, soul destroying performance.

Palace are a club on the up, a club legend as a manager doing really well, a team full to the brim with exciting academy products and more coming through. They have secured their future, are over achieving and enjoying their season. We are the exact opposite of all of these points, hence why the YO's successful attempts to liven the place up a bit have now died a death. I can't think of a reason to attend the next home game frankly, pitiful doesn't even cover it.

They didn't even try. There was a bit of a noise in the build up to the game but as soon as the ref blew his whistle to start, they fell silent.

I won't criticise them, they do a damn sight more than anyone else, myself included. I could barely get myself motivated to watch the game, let alone get excited about it. We knew we wouldn't win, score any goals or do anything remotely interesting, clever, intelligent, exciting or productive.

You simply can't compare them to Palarse's away support yesterday, it was on another planet from any away support we have had for quite a while. Its an amazing feeling when things just fall into place, and they reflect that.

If we had had anything to get excited about I'm sure they would have at least had a go at singing in vain, at least for a while.

TBH I site in that Lower Rous corner right next to where the YO are placed and there must have been only about 10 of which most were young lads probably wishing as PG suggests they were somewhere else.

Certainly a lot less than against Millwall when the atmosphere wasn't bad by our general standards.

Also when Harry was using his drum some older gent behind me kepy on shouting to him and these fans to keep quiet and watch the game which can hardly be very encouraging.

I bet there wasn't anybody in the Palace end saying "excuse me,can you please keep quiet" hence their vocal support.

Clearly them winning the game helped whilst we were hopeless.

Many fans might feel if the players cannot be bothered then why should we.

Unlike some clubs we haven't got the type of support who will sing and shout through blind faith no matter what the situation is.

A few technical problems yesterday with the drumming etc. Some did sing throughout -(a few!!!) But it was hard work to get anything going.

Atmosphere will be better at Leicester - Win lose or draw!!!!!!!

If the performance on the pitch is as poor- a little spark of invention, creativity or pace would be welcome or the lads( not sure about the lasses) will be singing "There's only one Phoebe Walton!"

Admittedly it wasn't the best turn out yesterday. When I say that, I don't mean just in terms of TYO, but Watford fans in general. We had a minor issue in the fact that Hollywood didn't turn up and he had our drumsticks. Much to our embarrasment, we use the end of a crutch as a drumstick until Harry allowed us to borrow his. Not only that, but our drum broke in the first half.

We did try to get a few songs going, but the drummer was constantly changing (admittedly some were better than others) and it is very very hard when the game is so dull and nobody else can find the energy to join in (I don't blame these people. In fact I praise them for even making the effort to turn up at the moment). Believe me, we are trying but there is only so much we can do. As for palace, yeah they are a good set of supporters, but I have seen a lot better than them. Watford is their favourite away day as it is so easy for them to travel and they come in numbers.

I can only urge you to keep faith and keep attending and if you could join TYO to try and raise the mood, that would be fantastic.

Let's be honest - the 'Yellow Order' wouldn't exist without the Palace Ultras, we're the reason you started so I doubt you've seen any better..yours is just a copycat group..embarassing really and still laughed at in the scene for ignorantly picking the Protestant name of the Rangers Ultras (and just replacing the colour!)

Have some respect mate - without us you wouldn't exist.

Lol at there being an ultra scene. Bunch of blokes getting together in the evening to make banners and judge other groups. Sound's like a mothers meeting before sportsday.

Doesn't really take much learning. 'Yellow, red and black army' Real creative. Suppose it is an advancement from just 'Lellow army' though.

I think it's a little OTT to be harsh on them now, they're clearly not doing anything wrong anymore and just trying to create an atmosphere. If you don't like the whole idea just stay away from it as I'm doing. There will be loads of people up for a better atmosphere, not creating any harm.

I think they were doing a better job in RS4, the bottom left experiment has been a failure IMO, I can hardly hear them any more and I sit in row T almost directly behind the centre of the goal in The Rookery.

To be fair I am probably a little nearer to RS4, but the difference in sound to the difference in distance is perceptively greater IMO!!!

And if that's true, then they have gone up in my estimation. Perhaps an empty Vic will say a lot more than a few 60 year olds in the upper rous grumbling into their Bovril at the status of the club. The most loyal thing a fan can do for the club right now, is tip Bas' hand to sack Dyche.

The team aren't doing very well, we should be getting behind them as much as ****ing possible, instead of 'boycotting'. What a load of *******s

If this is true they they can do one ! I mean look at the stats we have one of the smallest budgets in the championship and our main target is to stay up this season and we are not in the bottom 3 at the moment also Sean is new to managment and it is not even Christmas give the man a chance, Think some people realy need to look at the bigger picture sometimes. If the team are not doing to well at the moment and you can tell they lack confidence dont see how a boycott will help things think they should stop being so childish and support the team.

I would like TYO if they weren't so unbelievably thick and self-contradictory.

Their whole aim is to support the team. How does refusing to go to matches when the going gets tough fit in with that?

Oh well, if the 'atmosphere' they created against Palace is anything to go by then they won't be missed.

To be honest it was always going to be a difficult season for us this year after loosing some key players in pre season and of course our manager and then replacing the manager with an inexperienced manager in SD and if am honest I wouldve taken 21st place this season at the start and I still would take that, Stop me if I am wrong but that is our current position in the table meaning that there is currently 3 teams worst than us, Sean has only been a manager for a few months he is bound to make mistakes the key thing though is wether or not he can learn from them, I seem to remember the majority of people calling for Malky's head not long after he had taken charge and we done oright with him to be fair,

TYO for the most part are utterly rubbish anyway.

Nothing against Hollywood who I believe is doing everything he can to raise the atmosphere, and fair play to him, but it's a bunch of kids who think they're the business. For instance that utter ****** who lobbed a bottle at Ismael Miller when we played Forest.

Who has since been banned from Football grounds for 3 years and the club have asked for him to send his season ticket back, and they will review whether he is ever allowed in Vicarage Road again once his ban is over.

Shunned by the group and his actions were condemned. TYO didn't have the best of times vs Palace, but before many people were saying how the atmosphere had been improved. Lads at back need to work together with TYO and we need Watford fans to come together in a time like this.

Been a big supporter of TYO, stuck up for them on here. But if they are boycotting until Dyche is sacked, then frankly, fark off. Absolutely ridiculous. What a fantastic set of supporters. Of course, some won't be, some will, but its still a disgrace.

If the majority are and Dyche has a sudden change of fortune and the team fly up the league (unlikely I know) I expect to see them stay away until he actually goes.

I would imagine it's a tiny majority who want to boycott the team and nothing to do with Hollywood or the main players. Ignore the minority, we need them to be doing their bit and us to support their efforts.

I'm a sort-of member of TYO (at Uni so can't get to home games) The whole 'boycott' thing was a single post made on Facebook that got a few likes, just because this happens doesn't mean all 710+ members will not attend because of a bad run...so that's all crap. Secondly, in my honest opinion, the atmosphere won't change for a very long time. At the back corner, or at the front corner is all the same. The only people that do well in the bottom corner is Palace, because there's 100's of them, singing all game, next to the away fans. Being on the furthest possible part of the ground to the away fans does nothing, when you look at Man City, Brizzle City, West Brom, Millwall etc etc, they all sit next to the away fans. Because it gets the two groups singing and that's what makes an atmosphere. Yet for some reason we have a family section next to away fans like Leeds and Cardiff who no doubt will try and cause trouble against little children. The assumption also that they're all 'little kids' is pathetic, as a football fan any age shouldn't be looked down on because he's younger, many teams have young fans that love to support their team, just because people are older doesn't automatically mean they deserve to say how a match should be watched..
