The morality of avoiding tax

    I see it less of a case of the morality of avoiding tax and more of a case of the morality of taxing. Especially tax that merely pays for government debt (i.e. most of it for the foreseeable future) although i doubt these forums is where i'd find much camaraderie in anti-consumerist, anti-capitalist, libertarian sentiments.

    Careful, you don't want the forum getting sued. As a rule of thumb, if it can't be proved in a court of law, don't post it. Al capone and BBB will both get their lawyers on you.

    It's what he was eventually convicted for, because they couldn't get anything else on him.

    I thought that was common knowledge?

    There was an implication that he had done something else, which of course, he cannot prove.
