admin, can we have stick cricket in the arcade??

 

I second this one if poss, it's much better than NP Cricket!

Google it Jon. It's just a much better version of the current cricket game on here.

 

had a look this morning, does look better.

For some reason on that NP game i struggle to pick the balls outside leg.

 

I joined a games site that has 4000 games that are compatible with ours. If they've got it I'll get it. BRB.

I downloaded and installed stick cricket 2, (couldn't find no.1), and the bad news is that it didn't work! Not all the games do. I shall have to hurry along installing the latest arcade software and see if this helps. I have a test forum that I can practice on first before it goes live here, so I'll try and install it over there tonight and see if the cricket works.

In the meantime I did find a stick game that worked, Stickicide! A nice fun relaxing game for a quiet Sunday afternoon. Turn the sound up.

google stick football. got to the second result. should be www.loadsmorestuff.com and find volley challenge. you lead your prem club through a full season. play match by being given a set score to beat and you score by volley the ball anf trying to score. its class please add it admin

 

It's not as simple as finding any old flash game and installing it. I'm just popping in for a few minutes but I'll try and explain it a bit more later, and tell you where I find the games.

 

OK, here's how games get added to the arcade. I can't simply go and pull any old game from any online arcade, they have to be "converted" to work with IBPro arcade. Then they have to be converted to run with v-bulletin and IBPro arcade if they don't work first time.

I've joined as a fully paid up member of a games website that produces and allows you to download these converted games. They still don't all work with every system though so need to be tested. So when I have a free hour I pop over there and see what's new. If I like a game and think it'll add value to our arcade I'll download it from there and upload it to the test site. If it installs and runs there OK then I'll install it here, have a quick play to make a test score and it's in. 20% of installed games simply don't work correctly though. Either a blank screen, or buttons not working, (like stick cricket), or there are missing files or simply because they won't post a score.

The best way to pick a game for me to download is to visit this site and register, (free for everyone else), then tell me which are kick a55 games to try here.
