"Obviously I am disappointed that we let two in after scoring twice," Shittu said after the game. "Its the first time since I have been involved in the squad that we have played against non-African opposition and it was a little different but we are happy not to lose. "They had a different style of play. African teams usually play long balls into the box, but I don't think I made a single header today. That was surprising." Shittu also told KICK OFF that it was part of the learning curve for the squad as a whole and there were lessons to be learnt from the game. "We have seen things that we need to work on and we have to correct all those things before the Nations Cup, as obviously that is the target we are looking at."
