They did once, beat Rotherham away 3-1, and Norwich 2-0 and Forest 1-0 at home.

Contrasting emotions during that run, as they beat Norwich during probably our lowest ebb and after scraping a lucky draw at Coventry the next day in a dismal performance in which many players didn't seem to care, catching them seemed a monumental task. But after that flick of a switch 6-0 against Bristol City, followed by Brentford's most unexpected home defeat to Barnsley (a result that doesn't seem so surprising now given the run Barnsley have been on) and Swansea's unconvincing win against Forest, I (and I daresay a fair few others) felt we had a chance of automatic.

I imagine this is true, still doesn't mean I'm not nervous to hear he's inching back to fitness!

I was wrong earlier, Swansea have only scored three or more times once in the league (other one was in the FA Cup). They've stayed in touch at the top by having the best defensive record for most of the season.

But in their last eight games they've had defeats where they've conceded three goals twice and four once. Hopefully their bubble is about to burst and they'll fall away.
