Another example football's self serving illogical rule making. Rooney clearly whacked the guy with intent but because Clattenburg apparently had dealt with it the rules say he escapes any further punishment. Clattenburg can't have seen it or it would have been straight red but can't admit to it. Our last three home games have almost pushed me over the edge and stuff like this just add to the general disillusionment of life, the universe and man's lack goodness to man. I am a little depressed.
