I don't like to watch boxing,I find it deeply unpleasant.
However the fitness, dedication and drive of boxers is an example to all, especially aspiring athletes.
I also admire the fact that most boxing gyms are very spartan,a ring, skipping ropes,a punch bag and free weights. In an age where most sports coaches have bigger equipment stores than homes I find that refreshing.
I remember the four middleweights at the time,Duran,Hearns and Sugar Ray Robinson and I remember Hagler being a formidable man.
    No age at all.
    RIP.
