So, I'm back home, I've had the benefit of a decent Chinese, and a few beers, so here goes...

    Waste of a day

Okaka, stop bl00dy falling over, you're a big lummox who should be able to ride a tackle.

Walt, don't be deluded, we didn't deserve to win

Went to the bar on 35 mins...should've stayed.

The Millwall fan who is even older, fatter and greyer than me, and who ran towards the watford fans when they scored...don't be a **** for your entire life

Pozzos, you seem out of touch with the fans

I'm not surprised at the result, just the way we totally capitulated...like 'wall were the Prem team!

Jeez I'm glad I'm not going to Arsenal

Not sure I CBA to go next Sat if I'm honest

    ....but I probably will anyway

    Sh1te all round!

    Cheers

What pisses me off is i enjoyed the burton match, enjoyed being able to get tickets for me and my lad and was hoping for another home tie in the last 16. We could have won that today with a bit of effort and a bit enthusiasm.

We passed it about with no effort to get near the goal, eventually guediorra would try a 50 yard wonderpass. Wtf was that free kick from him? Watson was abysmal but I guess rusty. Okaka poor Sinclair poor djajay poor. But worse was the teamwork. We can't put more than one pass together in an attacking format. We dont support the wing backs at all and we dont get men in the box to meet crosses and we don't ever get midfield linking up with forwards. Watch any other game and you'll see options for passes and movement. We just keep it nicely in our own third (obv no danger of a goal) then hoof or lump or lose it.

The other thing that winds me up is looking at a potential draw there could have been an easy easy route into the semis. Imagine if Millwall get oxford at home then the winner of Sutton v Lincoln?

There's been no shocks this weekend in the cup. Brighton, Newcastle, Watford and Liverpool simply didnt try.

    Just got back.
I can't really think of anything positive to write.
Last year I thought about what would have happened to us if we kept our promotion team. Seeing Watson and Gueds made me realise we would have been relegated.
I think this has to be one of the slowest Watford teams I have ever witnessed.
    Reckon we'll tonk Arsenal though.

Prem clubs & managers (and some in the Championship) don't prioritise early cup rounds nowadays, we all know this. They use mostly backup squad players, rusty & unfamiliar with each other, with just enough good players included to hopefully squeak through. Sometimes clubs get away with it, sometimes they don't. Against Burton we did, today we didn't. It's no wonder many fans can't really be bothered with the cups anymore.

Totally and utterly embarrassed to call myself a Watford fan tonight if that shower of sh*t is representative of my club. Forget the non existent tactics from the idiot of a coach/manager/whateverthe*****heis, the players had no desire, no ambition, no will, nothing, absolutely nothing. They couldn't give a t*ss about the club or the fans. It was a shambles. I'm glad Millwall are in the 5th round, they WANTED to be there and good luck to them. In fact I might go watch a few more of their matches this season.

It was so bad even the cockney scousers in the pub were able to take the p*ss out of us. In fact in the first 5 minutes of the Sutton match they showed 10 times the desire of our own PREMIERSHIP players. Those useless bast*rds should pay back every single fan that travelled today.
I couldn't give a sh*t if we lose against Burnley on Saturday but if those *****wits don't show the minimum of effort and desire then my Season Ticket will be heading towards Mazzari and his mates and that's the season done for me.

    Not happy.

Obviously disappointed but had we played our best players and lost I would be a lot more! Let's see what the team do next Saturday before we get all hysterical!

    My thoughts on the match:

Grim stuff. MOTM errrr can someone help me out here? Probably gomes I suppose.

Gueds, watson, Sinclair are rancid. Outclassed by league 1 cloggers. Oh well, at least we know why mazzarri hasn't been playing Watson.

I think djedje showed glimmers of potential and gives me a glimmer of hope for the future

Janmaat is someone who I have pinned a lot of hope on, but he offered nothing at all when he came on. Worrying.

I felt the game was crying out for cleverley, but I guess the injury put paid to that

I am bitterly, bitterly disappointed that another season has gone by where we won't win a trophy. Our owners will never give a ****, it's really depressing

I am still mazzarri IN. I am prepared to let him see what he can do with his new signings. If nothing changes, then that's a different matter. It is utterly ludicrous to want him out before they've played a single minute

I see a few people saying we should throw the arsenal game and save our players for Burnley. I suppose that's easy to say when the extent of your support is sitting at home watching the games for free on a grainy stream. Try paying for a match sometime, see how you feel then

    I've just got back.

I must of sat in my seat for a good ten minutes after everyone else had left - I just could not believe what I had watched. Yes, seven changes ahead of a nailed on defeat at Arsenal on Tuesday, why? I felt so angry, let down and deflated. That's probably one of the most awful Watford displays I have seen.

There was no heart, no passion and no confidence. Whatever Walt said to the guys before they stepped on the pitch must of gone in one ear and out the other. Total dis-respect for the shirt, the town and the club. I would of loved to of been in the dressing room after that, would of been interesting to hear.

Millwall to their credit had less of the ball yet more of an attacking threat and deserved to go through. We barely deserved a replay had it ended 0-0. No shots on target? I must of sung my heart out my throat still hurts. Cannot pick a worst player to be fair, they all played poor except for Gnomes and in patches Kabs played well. Why didn't Cleverly start? He has been the brightest player since joining - was he cup tied?

I'm so frustrated. I've read all the posts above and agree with all the points made overall.

I'm totally disgusted and feel really let down.

Awful day, phone died, card stopped working and oyster ran out of cash resulting in me having to walk to Brent Cross to get a lift.

The football was even worse, thought Sinclair and Mason were bright sparks but everyone else looked crap. Millwall had us sussed from the get go and continually played balls into the channels like most teams do against us.

We are so limited by the 3-5-2 it's blazingly obvious accept to the man in charge.

Don't think anyone can put into words how bad that performance was, looked like we were playing for a draw. Also shock horror our only chance was a set piece.

We were so pedestrian, What the hell happened to the Watford team that when we got the ball in our own half we, broke at pace, like a huge yellow wave surging forward, scaring the opposition.
Now we advance at the speed of an arthritic tortoise, and when we do encounter the oppositions players we turn tail and play backwards. we presented about as much attacking intent as a two year old armed only with a pair of rolled up socks.
I was thoroughly disgusted and embarrassed at yesterdays performance. The players and management need to watch a re-run of that game and explain every wrong decision that they made out loud, if they can't explain it then they need to be sacked for not knowing what they did wrong.

On a side note all those screaming for Ighalo to fugg off, I hope you were impressed with Okaka (who looked like a League 2 hoofer) and Sinclair. (Who's only saving grace is that he has youth on his side)

Did you go to the game? He was making great runs for the ball to be hoofed up to him. He isn't that sort of player

This is what was most inexcusable about the game in my view. He put players out there with no plan just to look terrible and embarrass themselves. Not saying Sinclair is good, or anywhere close, but pairing him with Okaka for the first time and having Watson and Gueds spray balls into touch reduced his chances of looking good from unforeseeable to impossible.

The whole game reeked of the Preston game last year. Mazzarri put out a load of players he doesn't fancy, with no direction, and let them hang themselves. QSF did it with Fessi, Vydra, Berghuis etc; this time it was Gueds, Watson, Sinclair. I don't mind managers not rating players, but I think he just gave up with them.

I'm clinging to the hope that he actually has a clue with the players he fancies, and now he can pick a decent team there will be a coherent plan. If the team turn up for a training exercise against Arsenal then even I will struggle to not encourage Gino to pull the trigger.

Unfortunately I did go (Although not sure why that matters as it was on TV?) and thought he was utter shyte.

As RC said above, he won't be making it at Watford but good on him for leaving Liverpool and giving it a shot, Championship/League One in a year or two once he falls further and further down the pecking order.
