One of the most shameful days in our history. Whatever happens now this season we've given those ****s bragging rights for years. Sickening stuff. That fat whelk on the sidelines totally outwitted yet again. The team not giving a single shyt. That post the scum **** about wrote is dead right. A club devoid of passion.
I forgot what a total **** hole the scums ground is, wow what a giant hole of turd, surrounded by turd, and filled with turd. I'd be embarrassed to call that home.
Luton’s fans seem to conveniently forgotten their abysmal performance at our place, where we should have won about 4-0
What sort of answer do you expect? We have been divisions apart for over five seasons. We had some success in Premier League while you climbed the football pyramid again. Had the Pozzo family not bought the club, we might not even have a rivalry right now. We were maybe a week or so from Administration. Sure we have had a lot of managers - and yes we have had (still have) a lot of foreign players on our books. We also have a good young academy with prospects doing well in the lower cup competitions and one day might play for the first team. Have you ever cried at a game, knowing the emotion is getting to you? I have. I was at Hillsbrough and we lost 2-1. putting as in serious danger of relegation to League One. It's passion like that making fans' want to do anything for their club to succeed, So no, I do not regret what we have been through in the last few seasons. We may of lost heavily in the FA Cup final, but the journey to get there was more than worth it. We had the brilliant Graham Taylor who is an Icon to the not only the club but the town as a whole. I know very little about your club and it's history, but would Watford fans have acted like total apes in that Carling Cup game? I had to run home from the ground that night with my sister - she was scared for her life. Nobody is going to give you a proper answer because there isn't one.
This isn't the 80's anymore mate. You go up and it generally is foreign mercenaries that you sign. Our problem generally isn't foreign players who don't give a rats but homegrown ones who have descended into unimaginable levels of mediocrity who hang around strangling the financial life out of the club. A bad day at the office but we will be back and stronger for the sh8t show we served up today. I'm also not so sure scum fans should be riding around on a moral high horse with some of their antics over the years. This for example.
We have to just sit here and suck up the abuse. We have NO comeback. None whatsoever. Our expensively assembled shower of shyt was out fought and our thought yet again this season. The buffoon on the side having no answer to simple tactics from the opposing manager. We will have to live with this shame for a long time. And we have our hopeless manager and players to thank for that.
The Top review on Trip Advisor. A balanced review from a neutral Oxford United supporter, who's been to most other grounds.
Nope we will likely get promoted, refresh our squad be largely competitive in the league above, whilst scum spend the next 30 years p*ssing around trying to build their latest incarnation of the Kohler Dome.
Why do you keep misspelling/abbreviating 'your'? You do it in every post yet you managed to spell yours right, so whats the point? Makes you sounds about 12. And it was your cup final - your posts on here show it to be as much for you. You've spent the last 2 and a half decades playing at a far lower level than us and that doesnt look like changing any time soon.
They feel bad for them. They genuinely seem gutted that we're not devastated by this result. Come on Naarch beat the scum!!!!
All this talk of us being chokers is quite misguided in my opinion. So far, at least. Although I respect peoples’ fears that we may be about to. Both Swansea and Brentford sat second at various times this season, and both were caught. Now it’s our turn to sit second, and there we’ve stayed for a while. Even with us dropping 5 points in our last two away games, neither Brentford or Swansea are really biting dramatically into our lead. Yes, we are having a wobble on the road again, just like the days of Ivic, but we have won our last SEVEN at home. Chances are our home form will see us over the line, although today’s pathetic display has meant things will probably be more nervy than any of us would have liked. But whether we go up with three matches to spare, two, or even on the final day God forbid it goes down to that, it will still be a promotion won from a long way behind Brentford and Swansea. And when we can spend the summer celebrating, those two clubs can ask themselves who the chokers really were.
The definition of a tinpot club. Ensuring the pitch is dry as possible and not properly cut. Cowardly does not describe it. Surprised Luton have fans abroad. Surprised Luton fans have an ounce of grey matter in their skulls. Enjoy the Championship next season.
Like opening up the facilities to NHS staff during one of the worst pandemics the world has ever seen? Or winning the community club of the year award? Again. Its hilarious that a fan of a club whose supporters have been quite vocal in their support for delightful individuals such as Tommy Robinson and the EDL should try lecture another club about morals! Deluded much?
Everything today was ***** performance, coverage, ref, tactics it goes on. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
So what? Luton ******* town just beat us without breaking sweat. We didn't have a shot on target. Who right now gives a **** about doing nothing in the Premier league for a few years then getting relegated again?
Yes, we never seem to learn and keep giving away needless free kicks. Sema, Hughes, Femenia, Zinkernagel all can't control themselves and just cannot resist having a little nibble when they've lost out. If we can see it, why can't the coaching staff? Pedro is also an accident waiting to happen. Keeps throwing his arms high into the air. You're going to be sent off if you don't stop it? Also agree about Chalobah and Masina who were big misses today. Mentally we weren't 'at it' today. The team needs to recognise that fact, understand why and put it right pronto!
Masina getting a lot of flack on here. Troy was slated for playing when injured. So if Masina was ill and deteriorating as we got closer to the game what is the best approach? I’m sure the physios were also involved in the decision.
I don’t think we can possibly comment on Masina being pulled out at the last minute until/if we ever know the reason can we?
