in about 10 hours i need to hand in an essay on Political Instability experienced by pre-fifth Republic France during the Third and Fourth Republics, Weimar Germany and post-war Italy. and i would be well appreicative if anyone wants to impart some wisdom regarding criticisms of sartori and almond. I realise this isn't really the place but its late on in the day.
should have done your homework earlier;D it's been about ten years since I had to write stuff on this subject, and after one bottle of wine and a few beers I don't think I can give you a sensible answer
i tried google and i've given up on the search engines. I just need a name and then i can put it through jstor.
just tell them that your battery died on the laptop and you didnt have autosave turned on ...they'll understand
Has it not occured to you yet that no-one has the foggiest idea about the subject you are asking about? i know i dont!!! lmao
I remember someone once mentioning they knew something, and at this point i just need that little bit extra knowledge.
lady? me? that's the first time in a long time i've been called a lady, so thank you kind sir but of course, being female, I am ALWAYS right;D
la die dah! (political science actually ) I've pretty much wrote the essay but i suffer from the same problem i always have when i write it up but forget to put in any kind of referencing or evidence.
Is there actually a scientific basis to politics then? I thought it was just a lot of people spouting hot air.
Referencing is easy (and if like my uni you lose marks for poor referencing) just search the library website for books with the title of what you need, then reference them, they won't know if you haven't used them...
but where do i insert the footnotes? I can't pick out a random spot and just say it was a refernce to james hanning or something. Or can i?
I would think it would make sense to insert the point of reference in brackets after the point that has been referenced would be the most sensible thing to do. (Not had to do this so wouldnt know for sure but that would make the most sense to me)
in the end i just shoe horned in some other opinions just so i could bump up my footnote count. It now stands at 6.
