A nice little piece on the beeb on Gaizka Mendieta. When he was playing for Valencia I thought he was a quality player and so I wondered where it all went wrong for him at Boro. His legs may have gone a bit by the end, but he was certainly a better a player than some of the rubbish that Gareth Southgate was giving 90 minutes to. Here is the article in full.
