To be fair to Lawro I did hear him say before the season started that he fancied us - out of the promoted teams - to do the best. He's still an arse though. Pleat's a wa**er. Did anybody hear him take the credit for a Spurs goal last night?? He said he'd signed Robinson (assist) and Defoe (scored) when he was at the club. He was very smug about it. What a tool.

Bit harsh on Motty there. Sure, he's well past his sell-by-date. But I'm inclined to believe that years of sitting next to Lawrenson have scrambled his brain, to the extent that even simple things become difficult.
