The football world is increasingly relying on and interested in statistics and data. As are a growing number of football fans. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in collating a list of different sources of football data? There are so many out there it would be good to get opinions on the best and the worst sites. (Hope this is in the right place mods)
Soccer Stats is very well known and used by a lot of "punters". I use it for BTTS stats and it's very useful to have on hand. https://www.soccerstats.com/
fbref.com - probably the best data out there as their data provider is Statsbomb who provide the best football data in the business. Limited number of leagues on offer though whoscored.com is also good and has a lot of info, use Opta data which is also good but not as detailed as Statsbomb data
