Got into Leicester, my first choice with A A B! Well done to everybody else as well!

 

AS results too.

Sociology A, Politics A, Geography A, and Economics B.

Funnily enough I got 98% on that exact same exam, should stand us in good stead for next year. Unlucky with the Media, my friend had a similar issue.

Considering my memory stick overheated and like blew up a week before the coursework deadline meaning I had to start pretty much from scratch I think I did alright!

Yeah, well chuffed about sociology, thought I'd done terrible, seems to have just clicked at the right time! And we're doing Unit 4 in January, which is on crime and deviance, London Riots will come in handy!

I got BBB but i had to get AAB to get into cardiff yet they still accepted me So happy.

Well done alip - a wise choice. Just don't take the colouring pencils out too often when you're in the library... based on my experiences, it can get quite awkward as it attracts some unwanted attention.

Philosophy. Although at the open day, they said say you're studying epistemology and metaphysics to make it sound much cooler!

 

Got my first of 4 uni exams tomorrow for my 'Finals' down in Exeter. Not sure what to think - I feel woefully underprepared, but at the same time reckon if the right questions come up, then I know enough stuff to put a couple of essays together (It's 2 essays in 2 hours). Just need to make sure I don't panic, plan well, and manage to cram my head full of references this afternoon.

Currently revising for two exams on Monday and Tuesday, International Law and Advanced Contract Law. Determined to totally smash them because they're the reason I can't go this Sunday.

Justice will most definitely be served.

No I was suited up, Lethal Bizzle was Dench and Simon Webbe was a bit Leave it.

 

I was hoping we'd be promoted last week as now I have three weeks of nervous wait til the playoffs end (unless it ends for us tomorrow) in which I can't bring myself to revise.

 

Yeah I know the feeling. Mondays exam is nearly here though...

 

Well my exam today was a total nightmare - thankfully everyone seemed to find it so. But in your final year, what a time for the module convenor to set such a ridiculous bunch of questions. 1st essay went okay, the second one... ooooh dear.

Anyway, nothing I can do about it now, just need to get on with it and hit the final 2 hard. I think the euphoria of yesterday has numbed the pain of today's poor exam.

 

I had one today, it was literally exactly the same as the specimen paper with different numbers. I like first year.

 

Yeah had my first today. Went alright. Worked out I only need a mid 2.2 in everything left in order to get a 2.1. Not sure though. Not looking forward to te next three but can't wait for the 24th. Gunna go metal!

 

Doing aviation technology and mine start tomorrow, not prepared!

 

I always wanted to do aeronautic engineering. Find it all fascinating.

Good luck to everyone who has exams in the following week or so! Luckily mine aren't until the end of June, but still need to crack on.

 

I have end of year 2 university exams starting next Monday. Global climate change and natural resource management. Not made any easier when the last 24 hours of revision have involved me blankly staring at a book replaying the events of yesterday in my mind.

 

It is indeed, good bit of hands on work to do with Electricity & Electronics, Aircraft Engines and Avionics mixed with interesting enough lectures on stuff like Airline Operations, Commercial Aircraft Maintenance Management and Spares and Logistics.

Looking at getting into the flying side of things after I finish if possible, easier said than done to get the money together. Applying for the Aer Lingus cadetship later this week!
