    They wouldn't sign him for a year then loan him out for that year. Harris, I'd trust DiMarzio over him. He's hit and miss.

    If he cant get in the Genoa team then its unlikely, although not impossible, he ll be a starter for Parma who came 6th last season.

    Parma have just sold their best CM Marco Parolo to Lazio so it's possible that they've brought in Tozser to replace him but I doubt it. They always seem to have a stupid amount of players in their squad anyway.

    If he now goes to Watford for a low fee it's very smart by Parma. Exchanging 2 unwanted players and then making a profit.
