Personally I would have preferred Wednesday coming up, they would have been by far the weakest team in the Premiership next season.

 

Agreed. On the other hand, I think Hull have (on paper) the strongest squad in the Championship. Robertson-Dawson-Davies-Odabajo is some defence at that level, not to mention Livermore, Huddlestone etc.

Dawson was awful yesterday. Sheff Wed were not at the races, Diame was good. FF was rubbish.

 

Once again the hatred here is for a few online trolls from a year ago which is a pretty poor showing. Like I've said several times on this site, while you lot were clapping the players kids around the pitch I was outside talking to Wednesday fans who couldn't have been more complimentary towards us. Their fans showed at Wembley what they'd bring to the premiership compared with Hulls, so I for one am pretty sad they didn't get the last spot.

So much bitterness towards Wednesday, when in reality, it's the 'fans' who prematurely invaded the pitch and cost us the title that should be bearing the brunt of all this ill will IMO.

Truly gutted we lost to Hull yesterday and imagine you can appreciate what it feels like. Hopefully we can bounce back just like you did and end up stronger from it.

Hopefully Forestieri doesn't get his head turned and decides to stay with us, we can't really afford to lose him. Would like to see Pudil sign permanently too.

It's a very painful experience especially when you feel you weren't at your best. If you can add a few more players to what is obviously already a half decent squad then I see know reason why you won't be up there again. Probably even more difficult next year though as I would expect Norwich and Newcastle to be strong.
