Yeh, Pete, have a quiet word. In your unassuming way see what you can do. Thinking of you today. One thing is for sure - Pete saw the good and bad times but rarely ever criticised a player or the manager. We need to stay behind the team and Dychey until someting is changed by Bas. I reckon Dychey has October to show that the team is moving forward, there are some tough games but it will be the standard of performance he should be judged on. If we are struggling by the end of this month we will need all the influence that "Big Pete" can bring to bear.
